Mogami “it’s in the details” cables
My studio uses Mogami cables for most critical locations, between the RME Interface, Yamaha Nearfield monitors, AXE-FX III MKII modeler,
Neve Direct Box, Summit Audio Mic Pre's etc. Are reliable and side by side with other high end cables, Mogami "way better sounding".
I just love the cables, more signal and higher noise rejection, might seem a bit pricy but the results are Amazing…..
More than just a cable.
Every time I buy mogami I know that I'm getting a premium cable but I also am buying peace of mind that my signals will have been accommodated with the highest regard and will continue to pass through these fantastic cables for decades. I use Deoxit gold to clean all of my cables connectors/plugs every year or two.
Mogami makes the best cable
The weakest link in a signal path are the connectors. There is a simple solution to that problem. Use Mogami cables.
The standard
These are the standard for cables.
No noise or interference from the cable. Makes sure you save time with edited for interference.
Simply stunning
I was using a top end cable from another well known brand, and got the Mogami simply because of a good experience with their guitar cables. Purchased a simple 3 foot balanced cable to run from my DI direct to a DAW, and the difference was astounding. I was not prepared for this level of improvement. Absolutely worth the money.
Mogami Goild Studio mic cable - 3 ft.
Simply the best cables, hands down.
Great
The cable is strong and it has really good sound quality.
Great addition to any stuido!
Three feet of microphone cable. That's all I needed. I recently moved my DAW work station to my voice over studio so that I could do "punch and roll" editing live while recording rather than clean it all up in post production. By moving my laptop and interface directly under my Isovox stand-up booth, I moved about ten feet closer to the microphone and I knew, if I did that, I wanted only the best cable to connect my Warm Audio WA-87 microphone to the laptop. I've always heard Mogami Gold Studio Mogami Cable is the very best money can buy. Now I know that's absolutely true, because I'm experiencing it first hand!
Very noticeable improvement
I had some cables that I thought were decent. I honestly didn't expect to notice anything with such a short length.
I replaced 2 from source output into the mixer, and 2 from mixer output into the amplifier input.
I always felt like previously the balance was off. It made for a less than pleasant listening experience I have to say. After switching over to the Mogami cables my two channels were in sync. It's so awesome.
I did notice the change in the highs people talk about. I like it. I haven't lost bass, unlike some have stated. But my system is anything but lacking in the bass department.
Anyway, I'm very happy and the purchase was well worth the money. I should have bought them to begin with instead of the cheap ones.
Mogami Gold XLR.
Best cable on the market, period!
Does cable matter - YES!
I've been using whirlwind, pro co, hosa, and no name cables for over 10 years. I switched to mogami mic cables and was blown away at the difference in my mics. I have a townsend labs sphere l22, lewitt lct640, and a few others. Every mic I tried sounds 10x's better. What's better? signal to noise ratio increased by 3-5 db on each mic, more high and low end. I said "if it worked for mics, what about monitors?" Switched cables on A7x monitors - BOOM instant clarity! Then I said, " surely it can't make a difference on my cheaper JBL lsr308/310 2.1 system." I was WRONG! My JBLs sound like an entirely different set! It's as if they were at least a thousand dollar monitor! I'm using an apollo interface, so I can't vouch for a difference in a $100 interface, but cables were my only weak link (not anymore).
No Going Back After Using Mogami Gold Series
These cables are pricey, but worth every penny. These are found in professional studio's worldwide;absolutely essential if you're using studio-grade gear in a home or small studio environment. I recently upgraded a couple of mics, also switched to a new interface, and just used my existing cables to hook it all up- an assortment of affordable non-quads. All was good, but after a couple months of recording with my new gear I decided to go ahead and upgrade my main mic cable with a Mogami Gold version. Okay, I get it now...live and learn. I quickly replaced the instrument cable I use to record guitar and bass with, also all other cables connecting my RME Babyface Pro and studio monitors. Adding all these super clean quad mic cables to my signal chain, plus using a Furman power conditioner, cured all noise problems. It was a hefty purchase, buying them all at one time, but I just wish I would have prioritized them sooner. I am sold on the Gold.
GREAT cables-PERIOD
Mogami...Mogami...Mogami...Do yourself a favor, buy just One 10' XLR M-XLR F, and record a vocal using a Mogami Gold cable. Next, record another vocal using any other cable, and you'll hear the difference, listen. Are Mogami cables worth the expense?-Never skimp on cables-EVER. Cables are a vital link in any signal chain. Why spend thousands of dollars on great hardware, only to use the cheapest cables you can find? Just do it! Mogami-All Day, All night, 24/7/365.
MAIN OUTPUT CABLES FOR CHURCH MIXER
PLUGGED THESE BETWEEN OUR MIXER AND THE AMPLIFIER AND THE SOUND WAS LOUDER AND MUCH CLEARER. EXPENSIVE BUT WORTH IT.
Awesome Cables
Awesome cables! Great service! Super fast shipping! I was very happy with my purchase!
As expected
If you need (or want) real studio quality cables, Mogami gold will not disappoint. Just doesn't make sense to me to spend significant money on instruments, microphones and amps/mixers, etc. and then go cheap on the cables to connect everything and introduce noise and diminished sound quality. Your sound is only as good as the weakest link and if you're not using Mogami, that's most likely your cables.
I love Sweetwater
I've ordered $2200 dollars worth of equipment in the last 3 weeks & I am very satisfied with everything. I will shop here for ever.
Great cables
I was moving some rack mounted gear around and had an old XLR connector pull apart. I ordered up four new Mogami Gold XLR cables and was back in business. The gold contacts should ensure years of good contact.
Fantastic Mic Cable!
Great cables really do make a noticeable difference in quality and consistency. I'm loving the increased dynamic range and depth from this cable. Highly recommended!
