Excellent quality cables and Neutrik connectors for fab sound

By Chris Edmonds from Arvada, CO on April 24, 2021 Music Background: Pro in a working band

I'm taking advantage of the band hiatus (thanks to the pandemic) and am replacing beaten up Mogami/Neutric instrument/speaker cables. I used to have cables custom built for me (with Mogami & Neutric components) - these are equally as good and are half the price. Count me as a loyal customer of these cables!

Top Quality in every department

By Croz' on March 3, 2019 Music Background: Playing and owning great gear for over 25 years and 6+ years in Costa Rica

I have been using Mogami for the past 6 years. I live in a tropical climate where heat, humidity, dust, salt from the ocean in the air, can wreak havoc with all electrical equipment without adequate care and storage in a dry environment.

I started using Mogami Gold 5 years ago and have superb signal, tone and reliability from their products.

As well as being robust and made to exacting standards, I love the light-weight and narrower cable construction.

I would not hesitate to recommend their products, and likewise Sweetwater for their continual professional & friendly service...these guys know what they are doing!

Killed the hummmmmmm

By Jim from Vista CA on December 15, 2017

I have several cables of different lengths for connecting my Taylor acoustic to an amp. No matter which of my cables I used, I always had a low-level hum. But, this cable has killed the hum. My connection to the amp through this cable is quiet, just like it is supposed to be. It was definitely worth spending the money to get a high quality cable. I am throwing the old cables out and replacing them with more of these.

My favorite cable

By Caster Blaster from northern Nevada on October 28, 2014 Music Background: strings, horns, keyboard, percussion, acoustic guitar etc

The Mogami Gold does what it''s suppose to and the price is fair-though it may seem expensive-you could spend a lot more on cables. For home use this works really well and would probably work fine for a stage set up.
This is my go to cable at this time.

*Mogami Gold* -You get what you pay for

By Sweetwater Customer on January 20, 2019 Music Background: Singer/Songwriter

Mogami Gold has never let me down and I'm very pleased with the the clarity of my pedalboard after switching out all cables with Mogami. A bit pricey, but worth it considering the warranty, as always, backed up by Sweetwater immediate response. Thanks to both companies!

Well Worth The Money

By Randall Rich from Longwood, FL on December 16, 2017 Music Background: Player/Writer 45 years

Mogami makes excellent cables, well constructed, and zero noise (common in less expensive cables). I use the pair to connect my pedal board to my high-end AMP and they work perfect.

Top of the line

Mogami Gold vs Monster Studio Pro

By David on July 11, 2015

I was looking for 3ft and 6ft long high quality instrument cables to connect my chorus pedal to my amp heads, and could not find Monster Studio Pro 1000 or 2000 cables in this size (they were discontinued). Hence I decided to give the Mogami Gold cables a try. These cable compare in weight and wire gauge to the Monster Prolink 100 cables, however they do seem to be more durable. For audio quality, these cables do not compare with Monster Studio Pro 1000. In comparison to the Monster Studio Pro 1000, I find Mogai Gold to be somewhat muted, about 80% of the volume level through put of Monster, and the high end frequency content is lost, and the harmonic content through put is weak and nowhere's as full and vibrant as the Monster Studio Pro 1000. However the tone on these is consistent, no noise, and overall a decent quality product. All in all not a bad product, decent price, just not super high end. If you want maximum audio quality go with the Monster Studio Pro.
