This is the second GoXLR we've bought for streamers in our house. The hardware is great, but it's the software and how it is designed to work with the mixer which solves key problems especially for streamers trying a dual streaming or console stream setup. The followup support from Jeff was amazing. Could hardly believe someone would call for a post-sales check-in and then stay on a long call when I was struggling with an issue which ended up being a problem with the Nintendo Switch and not the GoXLR. After MANY bad experiences with Amazon over the past year I'll be shopping at Sweetwater for all products in their wheelhouse from now on! Highly recommend!!!

I have watched videos for awhile on the product, so I finally purchased it! This makes audio with a dual-PC setup crazy easy! I barely have any experience with audio tech, so I recommended the GoXLR Mini.

Sometimes you wish things like this came with a warning.... "If you have AMD prepare for the company to blame it for not working"

Spent 4 days trying to get this thing not to lag out.

Day 1, installation: first installation gave hope, things were working, until... I open OBS...

Day 2, uninstalling, reinstalling, bios update, bios setting changes, uninstall, reinstall...

Day 3, new USB cable, uninstall, reinstall... try a new OBS installation... progress...
find out Snap Cam was causing all the issues, uninstall, reinstall... IT WORKS!
Open OBS, IT WORKS! watch a movie, celebrate, fall sleep...

Day 4, open browser... broken... try a quick rinse of uninstall, reinstall... worse now then before...
writing a review, considering returning...

This device is hands down great. You don't have all the bells and whistles like the GoXLR but you have most of it. One whistle it is missing though is the ground. If you use a lot of electronics or a PowerLine for the internet, you may run into a static problem. But after readjusting and trying different XLR cables, I found the perfect solution. I am not giving this a 4.5 because of my inability to use it without adjusting, but I am giving it a 4.5 because of not being able to ground which would have solved so much in less time.

P.S. Yes, the GoXLR does have a ground on the back that isn't mentioned anywhere in the manual.

I was having some weird playback issues on my scarlet solo cause of a known bug in win11. This has been great to use, and also replaced the mixer on my desk for pc audio/streaming. for the sale price it was totally a worth it upgrade. i do recommend saving your profiles, otherwise you have to turn on 48v phantom power manually every time.

1st I want to start by saying the customer service was above and beyond. I have never had a company call me to tell me my product was delivered and explain the free warranty.
As for the product itself, once I found the right version of the software I needed (operator error), it was plug-and-play. I was using the Scarlett Solo 3 previously and while the sound quality is about the same to me, the user interface, software included, and overall experience using the GOXLR mini is 100x better. Thankfully, I was able to pick mine up during the labor day sale so it was the same price as the Solo 3.

You'll have to download some control software, but other than that it's very intuitive and easy to use.

the GoXLR Mini is a great piece of gear for any streamer looking to control their computer audio outputs. However, if you use a condenser mic this unit only supplies 24v phantom power, Contrary to what their software says. I metered the first unit I got thinking something else was wrong but when I metered it I was only receiving 24v. I sent that one back and when I got my replacement I was blown away that it was still doing the same thing... only 24volts. The only place it tells you it supplies 24v is in the troubleshooting guide. This will be no problem if you are using a dynamic mic but beware if you plan on using this with a condenser mic.

This is a big upgrade from my old Focusrite 2i2.
This has a powerful preamp (no need for a cloudlifter/dynamite for my SM7B)
The functionality and built in EQ is just convenient for what I need (online classes).
Volume sliders, Audio routing, Mute, Cough, and Bleep buttons are just really handy.

This is my first time purchasing anything from Sweetwater and now I will never go back to another retailer for my audio products. The Sweetwater customer service is amazing! They called to let me know it would arrive the next day (arrived quickly) then emailed to make sure I was able to set everything up and if I had any questions. As for the GoXLR, my sliders are used to change the levels of my mic, headphones, Discord, and game/system sounds respectfully. If my game volume overpowers my voice, I'm able to quickly turn the slider down without having to change within game options or alt tab and change the volume within system settings. I was able to customize the slider and button colors, so I know that I'm actually muted or not - which comes in handy during my streams.

I truly love this mixer. It's light weight, small and great for limited space events or small studios or offices. The the cough button and bleep sensor are nice touches and the mixer program really helped to lock in the audio and get all the small details you need for crisp recording. This mixer is great for live-streaming and connecting through Discord.
It only has the one input for XLR cables/mics so I would recommend looking at the 4 channel mixer if you're going to use it for multiple hosts or guests and podcasting.

I got this GoXLR Mini so I can have an efficient dual streaming pc. I'm now able to feed my audio from one pc to the other. The software is easy to use and you can have multiple sound profiles. Very user friendly.

Ordered this product on Friday Morning and it was at my door by Sunday Morning! Everything came in perfect condition, there was even a bag of candy amongst the items. :D

Wanted something to be able to adjust several applications on the fly without being super confused on what i'm doing. I was debating to get either the goxlr or the mini and stuck with the mini just for the sake of it being smaller.

Once you configured how to set up your slides, it's so much easier to manage your stream with just a flick of a slide. When goxlr started it had a lot of glitches w/ its software and was a pain but right now with all its updates it had made streaming easier and can toggle with the elgato stream deck.

A bit pricy for some, but this can handle a Shure smb7b with no probems with out a cloud lifter and can handle all of my headphones 660s, 660 with no problems.
