Surprisingly lite yet structurally tight. Very impressive. Gators 1st product has earned 5 stars. Not saying it's for anything more than casual usage.

Ive bought many guitar cases, some over the top, some fall real short. Gator has produced that middle ground perfectly! Snug fit, comfortably padded and lighter than I expected for my old Yairi. Way to go Gator! And thanks to the Sweet water team, especially Andy Miller!

This case is excellent. Strong on the outside and soft on the inside. Forms to the guitar for a snug fit.

When I ordered this case, I really wasn't expect too much, because of the price. When I got it I was very pleasantly surprised in the build quality and my resonator fit perfectly. Previous to this I always ordered an ABS case but the price of one is getting expensive. I have a Gretsch 9200 resonator and it fit perfectly. Will start to order these Gator cases from now on. I am a very happy customer.

This case is sturdy and attractive and should give years of use. My case had a small problem with the pull tab on the storage door which pulled away nearly on the first use. I repaired it easily with a shoelace so there is no major issue. Otherwise this case is perfectly adequate for use as intended.

I have several cases from Gator, they are amongst the best.

This is an economy case but it's nicely made and seems pretty sturdy.
It fits my Eastman E100SS like a a glove, like the folks at Sweetwater said it would.

I know there are better cases for airline travel and such, but is plenty good for what I need.

Fits like a glove with no movement to speak of. With the taper of the back of my guitar I made an insert for the upper body. Most after market cases will need some filler. In this case it was very minimal. The main reason for buying was my guitar came w a gig bag and because it's an all solid guitar I need something to control humidity in the crazy dry months of Wisconsin winter. Great value for the price.

The good folks at Sweetwater said this case would match up fine with the new acoustic guitar I ordered and that they'd save packaging by putting the guitar in it and send both together. Passed its first test by making it home with no damage to itself or the guitar.

This is a sharp looking case that is WAY better (more durable/rugged) than a chipboard case. Good value.

Amazing case would definitely order again

All my Vintage guitars are well protected with Gator Cases.
This Gator Economy Classical Guitar Case is a great fit for my new Gretsch Bobtail Steel Resonator Guitar.
Even though it's not listed as a certified fit for the Gretsch, it fits with 1/2 inch space to spare around the body.
The neck rest in the case fits like it was made specifically for this beautiful V neck.
It's also a lot cheaper the the Deluxe Resonator Case and will protect the resonator without any problems.
Hope this info is helpful to others looking for a great case.

This case holds both my Gretsch Penguin Parlor and Yamaha C40 securely. Compared to other cases, this one is really light. The only thing I would change, but it does not affect the 5 star rating, is an extra lock on the neck. Otherwise, this case meets all of my needs!

It's a well made case and a good value for the money.

This is a great value, very solid hard case without breaking the bank. I don't think I'd want to put an expensive instrument in it for airline travel, but it's great for toting a guitar around town. This was a perfect fit for my Gretsch 9240 Alligator resonator guitar.

Bought the case for my Gretsch resonator and it holds the guitar very securely. It isn't the exact shape of the guitar because it isn't a custom case, but it makes contact in enough places that the guitar is well supported. Looks good, priced right and works for me n

Nice gator case. First one I've bought that is plywood. It seems solid for what it does. Which is preform like the other three hard shell cases and gig bag I have from gator.

I cant see why anyone would call this an economy case. The fit is snug. The case is beyond solid and it looks great. I'm very happy with it.

This case fits an old Gibson C-1 classical guitar quite well. It has a flat top, not arched as appears in the photos. Case only has three latches, a fourth would be better. Overall construction, interior padding and handle is good.

The most important thing is this case fits my Cordoba C7. I gave it 4 stars because it was about what I expected for $... It has a good interior, and the exterior of the case and latches seem pretty good. My biggest concern are the hinges which are made of very thin metal. I don't think they would hold up very long if the case were used roughly at all. Overall, decent case, especially for home use.

I absolutely love my new case for my Cordoba GK Studio guitar. It has very nice workmanship with good quality. When I received it the guitar slipped in and fit like a glove. I'm very pleased with it, and may be buying more gator cases for some of my guitars.

The Gator guitar case is a very nice case for the money, and it works well with the Yamaha C40 guitar.

I won't give it a 5 star rating simply because it's not some heavy duty case, but I don't think you will find a better one for under $.

I also wanted to let people know that this fits my longer 260mm scale length Yamaha just fine. (Most classical guitars have a 250mm scale length.)

For the money, you can't beat these cases. Fits 00 14 fret sized acoustics perfectly (Gibson L-00, Collings C10, Martin CEO 7, etc.). Just simply a good solid case for not a lot of dough.
