Who needs a headphone amp?
Plug one of these little guys onto the end of your headphone jack, then plug it into an Aux send on your mixer and you have an instant custom headphone mix available. I use them on my Mackie CR1604-VLZ to create three separate custom headphone mixes for practice sessions (drums and bass have to share the third) since the 4th aux send is used for effects, otherwise I'd have four mixes going.
That I had solved my problem but...
Bought this to fix problem of right angle cable wiggling around on one of my guitars. The angle would move because of guitar contour. So bought this to move it away from that contour. Thus stopping wiggle and shorting off sound. Got this connector right out of package and it doesn't work. No sound at male end and at female end cable had sound before putting it in. So a piece of junk for git go. Asking for refund and won't buy another. Have had problems with plastic connectors before with 1/8. Change to metal. But this one 1/4f to 1/4m is hard to find that way.
