Powered 8" Speaker Cover
I bought this for my QSC CP8 powered speaker, and it fits perfectly. The thing that I like about it, at least for the CP8, is that there is some extra space in the back for the cables going into the speaker so that you don't have to disconnect them. The construction is sturdy, and seems like it will last a long time.
Good quality - bit short in height fro my speaker.
I would have definitely given this cover a 5 star rating based on the quality - Gator products are always good in my experience.....but although the specs on this show 18" high, it is only 17" and leaves quite a gap at the bottom of my speaker. (DXR8). It fits great in every other way and this isn't the worse thing in the world but it would have been nice to have an extra 1/2" to 1" at the bottom to protect for splashes and dust. I realize this is a generic cover so isn't going to be a 100% fit but I was just going off the product specs and it is short based on those.
Overall though ,very nice and easily as good as the JBL, EV, Yamaha and QSC covers.
From what I understand, Gator make most of those anyway!!
