I called my Sweetwater salesman told him I needed a equipment bag to use when I"m tearing down my equipment most DJs want to get out in a hurry so he recommended two bags which he recommended maybe the small one would work but since there was no pressure I ordered the larger bag which I"m glad I did it is a great bag so now I can throw all my wires in this bag and exit very fast and I also like this bag because it can be worn as a back pack which is awesome leaving my hands free to carry other equipment thank you Sweetwater

Holds my Yamaha Mixer
A padded bag that holds and protects my Yamaha mixer! I got a second one to hold cords. Holds up well!

Great Bag
I use this as a utility bag for the plethora of cords, cables and accessories for my mid-sized PA setup. I really like the compartments as it helps keep everything organized and accessible. It's large enough to hold lots of stuff - and we musicians sure have lots of stuff, don't we? Hmmmm... I may have to get another.
Great utility Bag
I have bought this bag to carry extra percussion equipment. I am able to store extra mic cables, mics, my percussion tray, conga and drum keys, and an assortment of shakers and bells. The bag is a little large, but it does the trick for any percussionist of drummer needing extra lite storage.

GP-40 IS a utility bag! Anything that fits will be protected. I got one for my Yamaha breadbox (square powered mixer) and it's great. A little big, but I am pretty sure that is better than too small. EXTRA STUFF!!
Bigger than expected
It would have been better if the dividing piece were not one piece.
gator hardware bag
Bigge than I imagined but perfect for PA cords and a few other small items that used to be a pain to haul separately. Like it a lot as it looks good is durable and fits my need!
A good utility bag for a good price
I own several Gator bags (light stands, mixers,etc) with the GP-40 being the latest addition. My experience with Gator cases has been excellent. The exteriors take a lot of abuse, the zippers always work, and I know the contents are safe. Great utility and protection for weekend rock stars and professionals alike.
