Great Angle Connectors
This is the quintessential connector. Really easy to make custom connectors of any length in crowded spaces like a pedalboard where you do not want the cables sticking out of your pedals but rather be concealed underneath. These angle connectors once you learn how much you need to screw (too much and you will bust your cable) you can make cables in about a minute and a half, including testing. Really simple but without sacrificing tone or introducing any noise.
George L connectors
Easy enough once I went online and read someone else's instructions - came with no instructions. You have to tighten the set screw down hard enough to pierce the outer layer of the cord in order to make it grounded - without instructions, that was not obvious to me. Lots of instructive info on the web though. The G L cables/connectors greatly reduced the amount of hum in my signal path - almost silent now.
