2 stars for looking decent. O stars for very cheap installation hardware included. 0 stars for feeling that they will hold any of the 5 different mandolins securely.
The yoke is nowhere near long enough. The tuners hit the yoke so the face of the headstock is almost flush with end of bracket. Would return, but I had all 5 hangers too long before I finally installed them. Now I have to come up with a creative solution to extend yoke arms. Not willing to take a chance that an expensive mandolin is going to land up on the floor if someone slams a door or bumps the wall or mandolin. Very dissapointed.

Get your own drywall anchors
The hangers look great. I like the design that hides the mounting hardware. They hold my mandolin and uke just fine. But the drywall anchors that come with the hanger are absolute garbage: the head stripped out when the anchor met the slightest resistance. These are self-drilling drywall anchors that shouldn't need a pilot hole, but even with a pilot hole the head was destroyed before it was even close to being all the way in the wall.
