4x10" 800W Bass Combo Amp with Class D Power Amp and Tube Preamp, 4-Band Active EQ, Switchable Tube Overdrive, and Neodymium Driver

The Gallien-Krueger Fusion 410 packs 800 watts of Class D power, an all-tube preamp, and 4 x 10-inch neodymium drivers into an ultra-lightweight cabinet gigging bass players are sure to love. The Fusion 410 merges vintage-voicing with modern heft to deliver brutal bottom-end, tight punchy mids, and crisp highs. It excels at generating articulate clean tones and snarling distortion when pushing the tubes into overdrive. After putting it through its paces, bass players at Sweetwater agreed that the Fusion 410 was made for the stage, with its robust construction, illuminated knobs, balanced DI, and effects loop. Full of character with a ton of tonal flexibility, the Fusion 410 may be the workhorse combo you've been looking for!

All the power you will ever need .

By Sweetwater Customer on April 9, 2024

I play in a hardcore band with 2 half stacks 2 guitarist. This amp easily keeps up with all that noise no problem.
This bass amp has been my all time favorite. Been playing for decades now in punk / metal bands and this amp easily walks away from any other bass amp I've owned over the years .
Super lightweight and powerful . I can't even count how many amps I've owned over the years in my search for the perfect amp . I do believe I've found it . Easy to use as well . It does everything I need it to and then some . Buy this amp if you need a good powerful amp for gigging .

Lightweight and powerful with fantastic tone

By John from Michigan on March 4, 2024

The GK Fusion 410 sounds wonderful. The overdriven channel ranges from a touch of tube warmth to all-out sonic warfare. It has broad tone shaping controls and endless useable tones. It weighs less than 60 pounds but has enough volume to fill any venue. I love it. My only regret is not getting it sooner.

Best amp ever!

By Jay Barrett from Seattle, WA on January 13, 2022

This is hands down the best sounding amp I have ever owned. It takes your sound and turns it into a presence in the room. Amazing clarity, super punchy, and enough low end to rattle everything off the neighborhood's walls.

Don't have anything negative to say about it. Sounds good, powerful and the craftsmanship is impressive.

Great Combo Lots of Power

By Eric Murray from Vancouver, WA on December 14, 2020 Music Background: Professional

Excellent amp. The tube channel really supplies a lot of power. The Neo Speakers sound so clear and crisp. I did have some shipping issues but of course Sweetwater came through to provide excellent service. Grant Embury, my Rep was awesome once again. (Sorry for doubting you Sir

Thorough Fusion 410 Combo Review

By Godfrey Paul from Boise, ID on January 16, 2022 Music Background: Extensive

I alternate between a 1972 Fender Jazz Bass, a 1997 USA Fender Precision Bass Special and a 2020 USA Fender Precision Bass. Depending on the show, I run an Ampeg SVT w/ 8x10, an Ampeg V4-B w/ 2x12 or a 1st generation Italian made Mark Bass 2x10 combo. I'm the lead singer/bass player in an active working 'Country Rockin' Blues' band....finger style, no pick.

I'm taking the time to write this personally opinionated in depth review because I simply couldn't find much data on this actual 4x10 combo before buying it. I truly hope my thoughts will assist anyone considering this amp.

Cons:
First thing I noticed about this amp is its weight.....it is easily pushing 70 lbs and not even close to the spec'd 54.3 lbs. It's still very portable and easy to maneuver, but someone should seriously re-weigh and list it's real weight. 2nd thing I noticed is the internal fans do not engage until they need to....this concerned me at first, as the instruction manual mentions nothing about this. In a quiet studio/room, the 'floor idle' on this amp is louder than any amp i've ever owned, especially when the horn switch is turned on. Another note is the Standby Light stays illuminated for a long time when amp is powered off and even longer when power cord is still plugged into wall (manual briefly mentions this)...it's just annoying. This was not a 'plug and play' amp for me....it took some time to really dial in my desired tones....not necessarily a con, but just wanted to point that out. Lastly, the switches on back panel and tone/volume knobs on top feel a bit flimsy.

Pros:
This amp is built for a 'live' situation in a full band scenario.....at volume, with a 'live' audience.
The bottom end on this amp is absolutely spectacular....it has the thickest and smoothest low's of any amp I have ever played (how I EQ'd it) and the projected tonalities are way more predictable and consistent than my svt810. In fact, the mid's and high's are perfectly proportioned to the low's and this amp somehow gives an even tone & volume with every note I hit up and down a bass's fingerboard. I've never experienced a bass amp that could do this. This amp magically distributes a perfect note through its speakers anywhere the note is played on the bass....it's really unbelievable. Because this amplifier makes every note sound perfect, I find it allows me to play with more confidence and I'm able to push my bass playing capabilities to a higher level...on the fly...in the middle of a song at a 'live' show. This GK Fusion 800 4x10 combo not only makes me better, it's makes my band sound better and even makes my bandmates play better because we all know how good the music sounds. I do not say that lightly....it's just true. I have not hit a note on my bass yet that has clashed with a note on my guitar player's Telecaster...I can't say that about any other bass amp I've ever owned. Also, as a lead singer, I have not had any vocal clashes w/ any bass notes as of yet....the frequencies are perfect w/ vocals & other instruments. I've noodled w/ the distortion but I won't comment on that as I'm mainly only wanting the cleaner tones for what I'm doing.

The bass enclosure is built well and feels strong. Speakers appear to be bulletproof. The spring handles are solid and the caster's locking system is right there with Mesa Boogie's legendary locking casters. The blue wheels are soft rubber and absorb the impact of concrete and asphalt really well.

This GK is now my #1 bass amp. A huge factor for my purchase was it's compact, powerful and made in USA.

Nice amp
