Great addition to the Flow 8
Before purchasing this I read the reviews, which were all terrible, but then I thought, "I bet these folks are just bring ridiculous about how to use this thing". Sure enough, I ordered it along with the Flow 8, which in and of itself is pretty cool, attached it in like 30 sec, and it works perfectly. It's a great addition to any gigging rig where there is not a dedicated sound person available. I play a lot of solo and duo gigs and have a complex show, physically. Having the ability to quickly and easily adjust levels right at my fingertips is just awesome. Disregard these other negative reviews. I've used this mount on a variety of mic stands now and it is exactly what you think it should be. Look at my attached pic for the "secret" of mounting this thing.
Intimidating, but actually designed well
Don't get me wrong, the instructions aren't quite what they need to be, and the fix would be a simple youtube video that Behringer could put out there (hence not 5 stars). Hear me - this thing works. Simply remove the obvious screws on the Flow8 where the bracket needs to go. The bracket and clip will be "permanently" installed on the Flow8. No need to remove it if you aren't mounting on a mic stand. To clip the mixer on to a standard vertical extension, grab it with both hands, lean it away from you to get the pole in between the clip's two curved grips, then slowly but firmly lean it back towards you and the clip will grab the pipe. Then it's not going anywhere - very sturdy. I prayed the clip wouldn't snap - and it didn't - and I've probably mounted/unmounted it 1-2 times a week since the purchase. All good so far...
Poorly designed and not that durable
I bought this thinking it would be great to consolidate everything in one spot. The clamp doesn't work with a lot of stands, or if it does work with a stand, it's really hard to get on. Once it's on, the mixer hangs a bit to one side. Due to the way it tilts forward a bit, even on the flat setting, you can't put a phone in the phone spot unless you remove screws and move the phone spot to another part of the mixer.
It also breaks rather easily. My kid slipped and fell into my equipment. The mic stand is fine. The Alesis kit and drum module were fine, but the Flow 8 clamp snapped. It should use a normal screw mount like everything else instead of this cheap piece of plastic.

You certainly won't be patching into all eight channels with this mount. Two would be pushing it. It's going back.

Doesn't fit any of my mic stands, the clamp part is flimsy & poorly constructed. Sorry, not recommended.
Flow clamp, no!
Nearly broke my fingers and the mixer trying to get this to fit a mic stand. No chance unless someone has a brainwave?
Flow clamp misses the mark
This was such a great idea but it totally misses the whole point. It will absolutely not fit a normal mic stand. Either part of it. Don't waste your money.
