If you're looking for a tonally versatile cajon that won't break the bank, then the Gon Bops FSCJW Walnut Fiesta Cajon is a great place to begin. It starts off with a tension-adjustable walnut faceplate, which offers a sharp snap near the edges and a deep and woody bass note nearer to the center. While many of the cajons you'll find at Sweetwater feature adjustable snare wires, one of the things we really like about the FSCJW is the external tension adjustment knob along the right side, which lets you set how much snap you want (or disengage the wires completely) on the fly. Large rubber feet keep you firmly planted as you play, even if you like to tilt back, and as an added bonus, the Gon Bops FSCJW Walnut Fiesta Cajon comes complete with a handy gig bag.

I think that this product could be a lot better, it is good enough not to return but not one of the best cajons. the snare tightening system is rather flimsy and without the snares tightened the snares rattle,
very comfortable, the gig bag that comes with it always has the zipper broken, Sweetwater should definitely either get on gon bops back, or reduce the price.
