Cordoba F7 Paco Flamenco Nylon String Acoustic Guitar - Natural Reviews
Celebrate the life of a Flamenco great with the Cordoba F7 Paco nylon-string flamenco guitar! In honor of the late Paco de Lucia, the handmade F7 Paco sports rosewood back and sides with a Canadian cedar top, for vibrant tones with a lively presence. The body depth is the thinner Spanish flamenco style, for a snappy and bright sound. The solid mahogany neck provides excellent sustain and detail, and is set at a flat angle to give you low string action for excellent flamenco playability. And with the gloss polyurethane finish, maple binding, and a stylish rosette, the Cordoba F7 Paco looks as good as it plays.

I love this guitar. Wearer of many hats.
This guitar is incredible. The Cordoba F7 is my first nylon string after playing my friends Cordoba F7 of a lighter wood variety (non-Paco) for years. This guitar sounds so different! Deeper tones and an amazing sound- especially when paired with its lighter wood bearing sister guitar. I was blown away with the versatility of the sound from playing classical, folk, flamenco and beyond. There are a bunch of great youtube videos showing the difference in sound, I recommend doing a bit of research and giving them a listen. I would recommend this guitar to any type of player looking for a nylon string to try different styles with.
ALSO: The customer service from Sweetwater is hands down some of the best I have ever experienced. It's scary buying new expensive things- but they make it an absolute pleasure! Buy with total confidence. 11/10
Glad I chose a Cordoba for Flamenco!!!
Thanks to Bill Sears my Sweetwater rep who confirmed how good of a Flamenco Guitar brand that Cordoba really is. I got my new guitar a few days later and have enjoyed playing it ever since. I have over 30 years of Classical Guitar playing experience and I knew it was time to stretch my wings, and I'm glad I chose to stretch those wings with the F7 Paco Flamenco Guitar by Cordoba
Cordoba F7 Paco Flamenco
I live in a house full with nice guitars except our old beat up classical guitar. My son said if your thinking about a Christmas present for me I wouldn't mind a cheap classical. Over the years, I have developed a relationship with Sweetwater's Ethan Katau. I called and asked him for advice and he recommended this guitar. It's not a cheap guitar but I took his advice and bought it. My son and I both love the way it plays, sounds and looks. It's nice having a nylon string guitar around. Easy to play, and easy on the fingers. We've only had it for a week, but I'm sure we'll enjoy it for years to come. Thanks Ethan, and Sweetwater.

Beginner Flamenco
Love this Cordoba F7. Cordoba/Spanish design, manufactured and assembled in China. Nice quality. Great action on the strings for Flamenco. Big difference when practicing my Rumba and Solea's with this Cordoba vs the Fender or the Yamaha that I have. Deeper, richer, Spanish tone. This guitar is light and feels 'right' when playing this type of music. Despite being light I feel safe practicing my golpe's with this guitar. Solid construction despite being light. The golpeador was pealing just a little bit on one edge when I received this guitar. This has been a commonly reported issue. However, I just smoothed it out and it is fine now. Get the air out from underneath the thin golpeador film. Even though it is manufactured and assembled in China it is a Cordoba/Spanish design. Very satisfied with the quality for the price. A Cordoba manufactured in Spain costs much more for the same design and similar quality. This is a fantastic beginner/intermediate Flamenco guitar for the price.
Wonderful homage to my favorite flamenco guitarist
Thanks to Jared Kalish as always, Wyatt Traxler, and Matt Masek for finally getting me a wonderful guitar with no flawed tap plate. I had to send two back because I guess Cordoba had quality control issues with clear tap plates either being rough or with an air bubble on the lower bout. Third time was the charm thanks to their dedication to satisfy customers. Lightest guitar I've ever held, literally. Unbelievably light. Wonderfully resonate. Beautiful cedar. Finally, third one sent is gorgeous. An affordable alternative to the Conde guitars made in Madrid, Spain that my favorite flamenco guitarist, Paco De Lucia, played. Now I'm very pleased with Cordoba.
A quality instrument
Very happy with this guitar. Excellent build quality and fit and finish. The action is very nice and the neck is very comfortable. Fretwork is excellent. The grain matching is spot on. The binding and inlay work is impeccable.
It's got a very responsive, bounce and bright snap typical of flamenco guitars, but the cedar top and a rosewood body lend a nice depth and warmth that makes the guitar a little more versatile, in my opinion. It's a very light guitar and very resonant. It's deep without being muddy or too boomy.
The tap plate is a very nice touch.
I very much like the idea of a truss rod. I've had to make adjustments on almost every single guitar I've owned somewhere down the line (whether out of the box or 20 years down the line). It seems like good insurance to me.
