Nice guitar!
I like this guitar alot. Its pretty solid, good tone, good playability, I payed extra for the setup and i think it payed off. I am hoping it willhold its tune really well. so far so good .

Love it but electronics are not quality
I really love this guitar but the electronics on it suck big time. When the guitar came it would not work, turns out a wire in the onboard EQ and tuner was broken. I had it repaired and now 3 years later and with not much use at all, the same thing has happened.
Also, when replacing batteries, this unit remains attached to the guitar by yet another skimpy cheap wire, it is very short and literally hinders replacing the batteries. The basics of this instrument are fantastic, great sound, awesome Ovation esthetic, but electronics and wiring all need to be upgraded. I spent a lot of money on this guitar and now I need to replace the entire onboard EQ and tuner. I am now checking in to see what my options are to do this, what a bummer.
Good Ovation Sound
I got this Ovation Elite 2078TX last month from my sales engineer A.J. That has a very nice sound. After adjustment neck and remove 2 shim, the hand feel is great!! This guitar have good value , nice price and quality! I will use this guitar song for the Lord!!
