D'Addario EXP110 Coated Nickel Wound Strings -.010-.046 Light Reviews
D'Addario's EXP Coated Nickel Wound strings feature a built-in barrier against the corrosion and wear that can quickly sap the life out of your strings and your sound. EXP coated strings have a natural round wound feel and sound fresh with a "new string tone" that lasts three to four times longer than traditional guitar strings. Sweetwater knows that choosing the perfect string is vital to a musician's sound. The NY High Carbon Steel core wire found in the D'Addario Coated Nickel Wound strings offers increased strength and pitch stability with a bright tone.

Best Strings Ever!!!
I bought a pair of these and put it on my guitar 3 1/2 years ago. I finally changed them today because I put some copper shielding in guitar. These strings are so good I would rarely even half to tune my guitar! For a year and a half I even hosted two different jams during the week plus other shows etc. Also worth mentioning that I play a start with no special tremolo just regular ol stock stuff and I can dive bomb the crap out of the thing and still be in tune. I use to have change strings at least once a month. I would have left them on till the broke (which I’m convinced would be near impossible) because they really never lost their tone. They lost a tiny bit of highs after all the time but they are also a tad brighter then normal strings so they ended up sound like new regular strings for over 3 years!! WTF!?! Craziness... give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
A Real KEEPER
Over 35 years of playing guitar in studio, stage and trying different strings, string gauges and string let downs...
There are tons of options out there to choose from but for me these are a KEEPER!
These strings felt very good under the fingers and they just sound great to me.
Give em a try I don't think you'll regret it.
D'Addario EXP110 Coated Light Strings
I place these particular strings on my Gibson and Epiphone Les Pauls. They have great tone, coated to last and play longer, and are very malleable so they will stretch and bend to your particular style of playing the guitar.
