This is a great solution for cable management and freeing up outlets, but the compatibility is a little confusing. It's called an "EW-D" cable, yet its product description says it's for powering "EW-DX EM 2 or EW-DX EM 2 Dante" receivers.
I reached out to Sennheiser support for clarification, and this cable *does* work with EW-D receivers as well; you just need to purchase the NT 12-35 CS power supply, as the stock power supplies that come with EW-D kits don't supply enough power for 4 units.
