Clear crisp sound, you feel like the guitar could play itself!
Massive difference with the import ones
I purchased this guitar more than one year ago at Sweetwater. Service was estelar. Thank you guys! Having played and gigged it I think I know more about this Casino.
I used to have a Chinese Casino and never bonded with it. It never felt 100 % right so it was sold.
The new US Casino feels more like a professional guitar. The neck is not dissimilar to a Les Paul with the exception of where it joins the body.
The neck pickup is much, much louder than the bridge. I installed some shims but it somehow lost some "air" so it is now in its original condition.
It is also the perfect couch guitar and it has some volume unplugged.
Best Casino available by far
I have played and owned a number of arch top guitars ranging from fat jazz boxes to ES 335s. I also have one of the Gibson reissue Es 330 guitars with a Bigsby. This USA made Casino is absolutely stellar. Resonant and rich with the right amount of bite when you dig in. Killer pups, great neck and wonderful feel, fit and finish; and well set up out of the box. I really can't say enough about it. It's harmonically complex yet articulate, very light easy to play and smells good! I waited a long time to receive this particular guitar and my patience has been rewarded with one of the finest sounding axes I've had the pleasure of playing. As usual Kurt and the team kept me apprised of the availability and did an outstanding job of handling my wanting it yesterday!

Well worth the wait!
Let me preface with, it all started in my tweens as a budding guitarist enamored with the Beatles, especially John Lennon. Influenced by Lennon, an Epiphone Casino was a must have.
So many years (20+ at the moment) have passed and I've acquired various guitars, starting off on a Yamaha acoustic, eventually gaining two entry level Epiphones, which since been traded for a Fender Telecaster and Stratocaster. I even have managed to acquire my dream acoustic: a Martin D28.
I had placed my order on February 1st of this year (2022, as of the time of writing this). At the time, the Casino was not in stock but available for order. I was even considering buying the cheaper, Chinese built version, after consulting with Zach (a mighty fine Sales Engineer, I might add. More on that later). It really was a toss between cheaper and getting a product sooner, or waiting for better quality. Having mulled the decision for a spell, I decided to just go ahead and place my order on one of the USA made ones. I was told at the time that I'd be looking at a potential arrival at the end of August or into September. I decided to put my virtue of patience to play and wait for good quality. Rather than be like Veruca Salt and want it NOW, I'd rather have it at great quality and wait.
Major kudos to Zach and the Sweetwater team for their always being in contact to keep me posted through the whole process and being ever cheerfully ready to answer any questions I may have had at any given moment. Now, we flash ahead to this past Friday when I get a call from Zach that my Casino had made it in and was ready to ship over. Thrilled to the max barely even covers my emotions. Flash again to today, the FedEx delivery comes to my door with the box nearly as tall as I am. It's like Christmas in the beginning of August. As I rush to open the box, I am savoring each moment, eyes filling with ecstatic tears like a girl at a Beatles concert. My childhood dreams have now been realized and manifested!
Now for the instrument's performance review... When I say this thing really growls, it truly does hiss and snarl when plugged into an overdriven Blackstar amp. That airy chime that permeated the Beatles "Revolver" album definitely shows. Even when playing this unplugged is still a joy.

Amazing Guitar
This is my first guitar purchased from Sweetwater. I purchase numerous products from them but not a guitar. Firstly, Sarah did a great job as my Sales Rep and was instrumental in getting me this guitar. The Sweetwater service is nothing short of outstanding, from the pre-packaging photos they send right through the delivery. The guitar arrived beautifully set-up and is probably the best playing guitar I own (out of 15 guitars). It has a great sound, great playability and the "vibe". I couldn't be more happy. My next guitar purchase will also be from Sweetwater, no doubt.

Beautiful Guitar, immaculate set-up
I pre-ordered the new USA Epiphone Casino and patiently waited. It arrived last week and I am not disappointed. What an incredible instrument with so much vibe and tone. The build quality is superb and the tone from the P90 pickups is a beautiful combination of clarity and bite, with a depth and warmth to each note.
The Sweetwater set-up and 55 point check is a great service. The guitar plays flawlessly and arrived well packed. Sweetwater service is legendary and I could not be more happy.

Parallelogram inlays are in wrong direction.
wonder why they are pointed in the other directions as opposed to the original vintage guitars? oh well not that big of deal.
