Good Nylon Strings - Great Price
This is a good set of strings for the average person to restring their classical guitar. They do the job, and our guitar shop customers give positive feedback on playability and sound.
Did not work well with my Ibanez AEG-50N
2.5 stars, mainly for the bass strings, which are just great for my guitar (an Ibanez AEG-50N), but the G and B string sounded really really bad, just weird harmonic overtones and not pleasing to the ear, i wound up replacing first the G string which was the worst of the two with a Savarez high tension wound silver G string that is not common for classical string sets, but i definitely prefer to the black nylon. Also replaced the black nylon B string with a clear nylon B from D'Addario medium tension set, so much warmer and well rounded than the black nylon. The high E string is working so another .5 stars for that. While they look cool if you are in it for the sound, make sure this is something you want or are willing to try on your instrument without high expectations.
