Great
With these tips my Shure SE215 ear monitors sound awesome!!! Great FIT!
Great sleeves
I just purchased these for a pair of Sure SE215 in-ear monitors and they work very well. I reccomend anyone looking for sleeves to try these. They provide excellent ambient isolation.
Sure EATFL1-6
I was very skeptical about buying these Triple Flange Sleeves, but once again i took the advice of the support team. I can't believe how much better these little thing improved the song quality. They really look out almost everything. Our horn section all use in-ears and now they all use these Triple Flange Sleeves.
Thank Again
Perfect replacements
My daughter had barrowed my headphones and lost one of the sleeves. I was glad to see Sweetwater had replacements. Perfect fit.
Great Fit
I recently purchased a PSM 200 unit, and needed ear pieces for the E2 headphones. I had previously purchased Vater earplugs very similar to these, and liked the way they fit my ears, so I ordered these from Sweetwater. Tje product I received was exactly what I was hoping for. Great noise reduction, and reat fit. I ride motorcycles, and use earplugs when riding. I have had trouble with fitting earplugs as the opening to my left ear canal is very narrow. Moisten these up a little, and the slide right in and stay put.
I also wanted to mention that this is my first sweetwater order. I placed my order online on a Tuesday evening, and a little before 9am the next day, Robby called me to confirm my order and chat. I am most impressed with the customer service level Sweetwater provides. They have made a customer for life!
Excellent Deal!
Finding replacement sleeves for Shure earbuds is very frustrating when browsing online stores and to make it worse, can be very expensive. Sweetwater has a price that no other store can beat and handled my order very professionally.
As for the replacement sleeves they are very comfortable in the ear; they take a bit of time to get adjusted to but I found them to be comfortable within a few hours. The best part is the isolation since it blocks out the most of the noise I only need to crank my iPod lower than half now which saves my hearing. They even packaged an earwax cleaning tool that cleans the insides of them. Its gross, but necessary.
Fair Warning!: I highly recommend cleaning your ears first before using the your earbuds so that when you do pull them out you and people around you won't be disgusted. Also hand washing the sleeves with soap every once in a while is recommended.
I am very satisfied with my purchase I will definitely be doing business with this site again. Thank you very very much!
Play it safe with these Tri/pe-Flange Sleeves
If you are put in a situation where you have to use in ear monitors I strongly recommend using these on any ear buds they will fit on to protect your hearing from the ambiance on stage plus you will get the best sound possible because of the isolation. Please be careful with your hearing. Tinnitus(Ringing in the ears) is an awful thing and once you get it you have it for life. It's one of the main symptoms of hearing loss.
shrivel and wrinkle
I agree with Brian from Palo Alto. Initially great fit and ambient isolation. Better than any other types, but soon wrinkled up and no longer seal properly. Surely these are not silicone which is virtually indestructible. Does anyone make an equivalent but more durable product?
Great at first, then warped
These have a great fit and a great sound. It could just be something about my ears, and my body chemistry, but I can only get a week or so of use from them: they quickly warp / dry up, and get permanent wrinkles in them, and those wrinkles eventually break the seal, which stops the rejection of noise, breaks the frequency response, and makes them uncomfortable.
It made me wonder what kind of rubber/silicone they're using.
I didn't get much of a seal with the basic rubber ones, so I'll try the foam ones next.
