My old original 1967 case for my Epiphone Casino had seen its final days. Duct taped together I decided to buy a new case. On line this one indicated it would work. My sales go-to guy, Mike Arango said it would work. It arrived within two days! It's a perfect fit for my guitar. No more duct tape. Excellent purchase. Thanks Sweetwater and Mike.

Read the description for this case. It states "Dot", which is an ES-335. My Epiphone ES-335 fits quite nicely in this case - snug. Again, it fits the Epiphone ES-335 perfectly.

WOW! For the price, you can't beat this case! It's really nice, good quality, built well, and it looks really nice. I've seen gig bags that sell for more money than this! This case is a real bargain! Nice Plush interior, too. If you need a really good case for your Epi, this is the one to get! Well worth the money. The only bad thing is that it doesn't taste very good if you lick it. (HEY! I was curious, OK???) Geez.... like you never licked a guitar case before?? Sheesh!!

As usual, my man Ian Haas at Sweetwater did not lead me astray. This case is a great fit, good quality and looks really sharp. I could not be more pleased and excited to have a decent case to carry around the affordable guitar I am planning on spending too much money on heavily modifying!

I was looking for an inexpensive case option for my Epiphone ES-335. I stumbled on this E519, but it was not listed as a certified fit case, and the case listing didn't say so specifically. After another reviewer said it did, I went to some other websites and saw clear references to it fitting a 335. So I went ahead and ordered it and am glad I did. It is well made, has great support underneath the guitar (unlike many others) and my OCD loves that it's the same brand as the guitar. Fits like a glove and is probably the best value of any of the case options for a 335.

Nice quality and great fit for my Epiphone ES-335 and Sheraton II Pro, just like Sweetwater said it would. I highly recommend. Fits my D'Angelico Premium DC as well.

For the price, I thought I was going to get a hard case with some flex to it. I was pleasantly surprised with how durable this case was when I unboxed it. It is very sturdy, and my Epiphone Casino (Olive Drab Worn model) fits perfect in this case. It came with two keys so you can lock your guitar in this case, and it has a decently sized storage compartment for picks, capos, slides, tuners, etc. Now I wish Fender would make a case built this well in this price range for my Strat.

Frankly, my new guitar (Epiphone Sheraton II Pro) hasn't spent any time in the case since it arrived. But I was impressed with the quality of the case. It seems very sturdy, the latches are solid, it fits the guitar well. I haven't found any flaws in the construction. It exudes a feeling of quality. I will feel the guitar is secure when I take it anywhere. In the meantime, I keep the guitar within arms reach to play and bond with it.

So I found a used Epiphone localy, online and after a month or so decided it was worth taking care of. Went to Sweetwater's guitar case finder and ordered up a suitable case for the Casino. The case arived in les than a week and fit perfectly so I'm a happy guy. Great service, as allways ftom Sweetwater. Thank You

The Epiphone E519 335 style case, is the best case for the money. I bought five or six of these for those reasons. Try one of these for your 335's. Yoo will see what I mean. Thank you.

I bought the E519 Epiphone case for my 1978 Sheraton II guitar or my 1969 Harmony Rocket as they are very similar in
in shape and size. It fits both guitars perfectly. It is snug. plenty of cushion, sturdy, clasps and hinges are solid,
lid closes with no problem at all, line up correctly. It is also a great looking case with the gold Epiphone script on the lid.
I am glad I waited until they were in stock which was only a few days.

The Epiphone E519 335 style guitar case is the best one for the money. Not all 335 style cases have an elevated pad in the bottom,to support the guitar. The Epiphone does. All the other cases will cost at least thirty to seventy dollars more. Try one out and see for yourself.

This cased was exactly what I wanted and affords good protection with an excellent fit for my 20 year old DOT.
Other cases were either too big or did not support the body and neck the way this Epiphone case does. Had to wait a couple months as it was back ordered from the Epiphone factory, but very worth the wait.

I got this case along with a lefty Epiphone Casino and it's a perfect fit. Super plush interior with a nice storage compartment. The latches feel sturdy and keep the case closed right. I'm glad it has an Epiphone logo on the outside because I'm proud to carry the guitar around in this.

I ordered a guitar case on Saturday afternoon. I received an email that my order was in process. On Monday morning, I received an email that my order had been filled and I could expect delivery Thursday. The guitar case arrived Thursday as promised. A few days later I received an email from Marshall to make sure the case arrived. About a week later, Marshall called to make sure that I was still satisfied with my order. I was thrilled to find this on line. I had originally ordered the case from Guitar Center. Turned out to be on Back order for 2 weeks. After a phone call I was told they had no idea when they would get the case back in stock. I found this case at Sweetwater for the same price and it was in stock. A couple days later I had my new case. The whole experience at Sweetwater was GREAT! In just 2 days I had received a text, an e-mail, and a phone call from Alan Bauer (my own sales engineer). Super nice guy! Felt like he was an old band mate! Day 3 the case arrived and it was perfect. My ES-335 fit like a glove!!

Recently picked up a 2021 Epiphone ES-335 Trad Pro. I kept trying various 3rd-party cases but the guitar wouldn't fit in any of them. Either the guitar was too wide, the upper bouts came up too far, there was no neck support, the headstock was too long, the case was too deep, etc. The 335 is the "standard" for this shape guitar, how could so many "generic" cases not be the right sizes? Finally just bought the Epiphone case. It's maybe not quite as fancy, not TSA-safe, not especially tough, but it's solidly built and fits like a glove, and that's really all I needed. It has metal back and side feet and a modest storage box under the neck. Go figure -- the Epiphone guitar fits perfectly in the Epiphone case. Crazy, right? I have no regrets about purchasing and kinda wished I had just bought this in the first place. Solid case. Attached pics show high quality of construction and the foot near the back neck hinge; the full neck support; the neck cradle at the 10th/11th fret; high quality of construction, the "back latch", and the arch top on the case; the full shot of the guitar snug in the case (yes, the plastic wrap is still on the handle); and the overall view with the "back latch" and side feet.

Great case and great service from Sweetwater. Perfect fit for my ES-335. Very plush and quality construction. Order was filled very quickly and accurately. Unfortunately, Fedex let the package sit in Indiana for three days before moving it along. Not Sweetwater's fault and shipping was free to me so my expectations (especially of Fedex) were low.

This case is great. If you love Epiphone, the case lives up to the name. I think the real story is Sweetwater Music. Top tier customer service, fast shipping, and amazing follow-up. Sturdy and good looking case for my Casino.

Purchased to protect an Epiphone Casino. Buying a case for these is not easy because even Epiphone's website doesn't specify what you need. That's where Daniel Free and Sweetwater came in. They know their products and made sure I was getting a case that would fit.

Searched long and hard to find a perfect case for my "Grote" full-size 335 type of model.
I first a bought Ibanez case for their 335 versions and its fit was a bit too tight for my liking.
I had taken all measurements prior to the search and it measured fine until I placed guitar in it.
After I spoke to Sweetwater's representative Christian Baer we decided this was a better fit.
I own four other Epiphone cases for my 'LP' guitars because I feel for the price their quality of construction and materials used can't be beat. All of my guitars float in a cushion of plush lining with my full confidence of their safety and security. Like many cases using a small soft towel helps support the neck's heel. The Sheraton Pro Ii has a larger headstock than an ES335 style guitar, this case fits it perfectly!

I bought this for my Sire H7 after I got a Gator that was listed as certified fit. The Gator didn't fit well at all. I had to force the body into the case. It was sent back for this Epiphone case and it fits this one as good as my Gibson Tony Iommi Sg fits its Factory case. I have other Epiphone cases and they are made about as good as the Gibson brand. If you get a Sire H7 for sure go with this case.

First of all the ordering experience with Sweetwater was great, Adam was very helpful and case was shipped quickly. The case itself was beautiful, well made and fit my new Epiphone ES-335 Inspired by Gibson perfect. Nice snug fit, with body lift to the single neck support, and Wedge padding on the top To support the base of the body. The headstock fits well, with a couple inches space to the top but well off the bottom of the case, no headstock break risk. I was torn between this case and the Gibson (with dual neck supports) but this fits the new Epi 335 great and I am confident that is safe in this case.

Very nice case, fits my Casino great and seems to be well made, plush interior. I don't know if it's as good as a case costing $200 but a really good deal for the money.

Visually stunning, feathers light and feels like Fort Knox. I love the stub feet the case doesn't touch the floor.

Sweetwater seemed to be the only people with this case in stock so I placed the order. It was a perfect fit for my Epiphone ES 335 and there's enough room by the ramp that holds the body for my guitar strap. Only very minor complaint would be the slight chemical smell from the foam when it first arrived but airing it out seemed to take care of it. Case fits my new Riviera just great. The box I received it in had a hole punched in the side, but the case was undamaged, so all's well.

Not only does this case fit my later-model "Dot" perfectly (plenty of room for the oversized headstock), it is of VERY high quality in design and construction.
Price notwithstanding, this is the case YOU want; and the actual price-point is musician-friendly, to boot!
Took S/W's advice and ordered early. They had it in stock, and there were no shipping hangups.

The case is very good quality. Fits the Epiphone Dot perfectly snug. The exterior is not the rugged Tolex that I'm used to, but rather is a softer feeling vinyl type hand to it, so it may not be as resistant to tears and cuts. Good price too.

Very nicely made hardshell case that fits an Epiphone ES-335 Pro perfectly. Soft plush lining for the instrument, solid-feeling case to shield it from the outside world, comfortable handle, and latches that snap into place solidly, with some subtle curves to make them a bit more comfortable to use.

I could not get the proper case for a new guitar in the state of Florida. I was continually told I could get it. Then was told it was indefinitely backordered. While the case is a little on the pricy side, it gets the job done for securing the Epiphone Sheraton Pro, while being elegant and sturdy. Sweetwater is easy to work with and tries hard to give you a fair deal.

I recently purchased an Epiphone Riviera and got a case to protect tt. This is a very Robust Case Friends !, very sturdy construction and nice contoured shape. Very well worth the price for the looks and solid construction.

For anyone who owns an Epiphone Riviera, you know that finding a case for it can be a trick, especially factoring in the Bigsby tailpiece. This case is great for several of the Epiphone arch top style guitars. In my experience with the Riviera, this case fits like a glove. The only thing to consider is the handle for the tailpiece does have to be turned all the way downward to be able to close the lid without placing pressure on the strings, but other than that, it"s an easy five stars from me! Additionally, the customer service, price, and shipping time from Sweetwater is absolutely astounding. Second to none. This case arrived in about three days.

I got this case for my Epi Sheraton Pro II. the guitar and the case are a perfect match. I had looked at a few other brands, but the techs at Sweetwater told me this would be the better case.

I really appreciate the craftsmanship in this case. It passes all of the tests for me: looks, feel, colors, trim, hardware. My Epiphone Custom Riveria P93 fits like it was made specifically for it (guess it was). I bought my guitar from another retailer before I found Sweetwater, they didn't offer this case. I feel like this case really completes this guitar. If I were to ever sell the guitar, (I won't), the matching case makes the value a bit better imo.

I've owned a lot of guitars and cases over the years. Got this for my new Sheraton II Pro. Gorgeous case. Compared to my Gibson LP case, this one is as plush on the inside, and the latches, hardware, and build appear nearly identical. The outer covering is more "smooth leather like" than the Gibson's, which is tougher and more like Tolex. I considered the Gibson case at first, but the difference in quality for twice the price is negligible, unless you think you'll be giving the outside of the case a beating. This one is rich and "classy" looking, with excellent build quality. Well worth the price and one of the nicest cases I own.

I needed a solid case for a used Epiphone Elitist Riviera. This Epiphone case provided in spades, for a super reasonable price. Guitar is protected very well even with a Bigsby tailpiece, and there is ample room in the pocket for straps, etc. I also have an Epiphone Elitist case, which does bring another level of quality over this case, but for the price paid here, I doubt you would find a better case.

My case arrived quickly, well- packed, and undamaged.I have found no flaws in the Tolex, and the clasps line up properly. The five clasps hold the lid securely and relieve the stress on the hinges. The case fits my Epi ES-335 Pro perfectly. It has the look and feel of a good quality case. Sweetwater had the best price and thus made the case an even better value. Sweetwater also followed up after the sale to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I am very pleased with the case and with the service I have received.

Very sturdy case with 5 secure latches around it, keeps the guitar snug and safe inside. I was impressed at how good my Epiphone es-335 Pro limited edition fit like a glove. The interior is really nice too, has a fairly roomy accessory compartment and plush lining all inside the case, nice touch. Another think I like is the Epiphone logo on the outside and on the pull tab for the compartment inside.
Overall great case for es-335 style guitars and the like, great price as well! Should last for as long as my guitar does, which is hopefully forever!

For the price, for any price, this case is excellent. I was really pleasantly surprised by the sturdiness and excellent materials and finish. I'm so glad I didn't submit my new DOT to an inferior case. This case will protect my new instrument for many years to come.

Just yesterday we were plain . At the end I packed up my guitar in the case and layed it on the back of my rides car. He got in his car and took off not knowing my guitar was on his trunk lid. BAMMM. The case with my prize guitar went bouncing on the gravel. Other than a few small scratches ,everything was fine. To celebrate we jammed some more... My guitar was unharmed, still in tune. I think it actually enjoyed the little ride it took because it never played better.

The case serves its purpose very well. My Epiphone Dot Deluxe fits in it snuggly which prevents the guitar from moving around when transported. The interior bottom has a raised section close to the neck support to relieve some of the pressure from the neck. There are ample latches to hold the lid securely, which aids in equal pressure distributed over the guitar. I would recommend this whole heartedly. Just what I was looking for to safeguard my Epiphone Japan ES-335. Fits perfectly and the price was right. Sweetwater service was great as always - the item arrived promptly and in great shape.

I had read that other brands of hardshell cases would not fit the Epiphone Dot (Studio), so this was the choice. Swetwater lowered their price on it, too! Fits my Epi like a glove, buckles seem secure and its lockable.

I was expecting a good case from Epiphone, but not of this quality! The outside just looks/feels amazing. The arched top on the case just looks so nice!

The padding/lining is much thicker than the average case. Latches, tolex, storage...all first rate. Great case, Epiphone!

this has to be one of the best cases you can get for the archtop guitars. i have an epiphone dot es-335 and this case fits it like a charm. whenever i put my guitar in,the padding hugs it softly and snuggly in a secure place for it to rest while carrying it or just sitting down. the inner compartment under where the neck sits is a given as well. the five metal latches hold the lid down tightly. it also has one latch that locks as well. the smooth sleak design gives it a great feel and a great look. i would prefer this case to anyone with an archtop guitar.

I did a ton of research looking for a case to hold my Epiphone Casino. There were lots of warnings about inadequate padding in the wrong places, etc. etc. This one is a perfect fit and supports the guitar properly. Not a surprise given it's the brand's case. It's not the Gator/SKB-style plastic, but it's not the tolex that I'm used to on acoustic cases. Somewhere in the middle I guess. Surprisingly lightweight for not being plastic and seems very sturdy. I wouldn't fly with it but it will be great for lugging my guitar around in the car.

Great price, does the job. Used for my Epiphone DOT, I don't really gig with it but I used it for a trip across country. It protected the guitar from the road and every unload & reload along the way. This case didn't show any wear or damage at the end of the trip unlike some of my other cases. Latches are solid, lock works well, plush and guitar fits well. I'm confident in it.

Well i must say this case is a good fit for my Sheraton and seems to be built well and looks nice inside and out. I searched high and low for one of these and was about to give it up and just buy a bag as much as i hated to since any protection beats nothing and Nick somehow made it happen for me on this one. It is a great case. Has a very slick outer covering, nice shape, nice interior...What can you say it is a case. Perfect for storing an ES335 or clone at home. However, if you take your guitar out to play live, I would recommend a case with a stronger outer cover (plastic, aluminum, tolex), as this case will look beat up in no time. Of course some players prefer that...

This is a good, solid, well-made case that fits so snug that I thought I would have to return it; the 1st time I tried to put my guitar in I did not get it in all the way, but the next time I worked the body in 1st, tthen laid the neck down and it fits like a glove! I believe this case offers great protection. The ONLY negative was a small dig in the outside below the neck latch that looked like someone had stuck a pencil in it. A small defect, but noticable. I'll keep it, but I wish it was flawless.

This is a decent quality case. The inside of the case has a nice storage compartment and a very soft plush lining to protect your instrument. The outside of the case seems very rugged and it looks like it can take some abuse. The only thing I am not happy with is the latches, I think they could have been made with better quality. But overall a very good quality product that I would recommend to everybody looking to protect there guitar. Strum on !!!!!!

Ordered this case for an epiphone dot; great purchase experience and great case. Customer service/sales follow up at Sweetwater is outstanding.

For the money this is an excellent case. It fits my new Epiphone Dot perfectly. The material it is made of is not a hard plastic and I am not sure it would hold up to baggage handlers and such if you we're traveling commercially. That is my only negative.

This is a nice sturdy, no frills case at a reasonable price. And it has the Epiphone logo on it, which I wanted. And it fits my Sheraton like a glove.
It has a nice pocket, has a plush interior and seems very supportive for my instrument. A good buy.

Important: I had a Bigsby B7 installed on my MIC Epiphone Casino and it fits (and closes) nicely in the E519 case.

Not important: I would have preferred the option to buy an Epiphone case without molded plastic edges but I understand that these are priced these to sell alongside >$1k guitars that do not come with cases.

I bought a gator case first, big mistake! This case is much better. The only reason 4 out of 5 is because no duel neck rests.

This is an attractive case for my ES-335. It does the job.
Well lined and good fit.
Headstock area is a little light with the machine heads, and tight fit with the strap folded to close.

Two issues....one small: The cover to the storage area inside flaps around almost like the only thing holding the hinge is the fabric.
The bigger issue is that one of the latches is not properly aligned and therefore is a hassle to close. Every time that I put away the guitar I have to push the latch up and to the right to get it to close. That is just a quality control issue and should not happen. I will live with it since I don't want the bother of reshipping now during Christmas rush and waiting for a new case that may have the same issue.

Not sure if there are other options out there... but might be worth a look if you are in the market.

There aren"t really any cases that properly fit the big Epiphone 335/casino/and especially certain sheratons (mine is a 2012 Korean) You"ll hear mixed reviews but this is the case you need. Nothing else has the right amount of room and angles with support in headstock area. Got it in 3 days...perfect fit and as decent a case as any of these.

The handle is something to be careful with...not really the handle but eventually the connecting sheetmetal breaks but you should get years of use out of it before having to deal with it. The latched are what they are...decent but not great. Some cases lids don"t stay aligned right...requiring a little fidgeting to close right. This is usually either miss-aligned or loose hinge rivets. One of mine is not very snug but that"s what you get these days.

...The Gibson one is more $...slightly nicer...and will absolutely NOT fit your Epiphone semi-hollow! The SKB will fit but not with safe clearance for the headstock...which is half of what you are needing to protect. Lining is plush and it"s a very sharp looking case aesthetically speaking.

Buy it from Sweetwater. They never go on sale or are covered by coupon codes anywhere...you may as well get first rate service and support.

The case is well made and very well padded. While it may not up to the quality of my Taylor guitar case, it is much more than adequate. The price and quality are perfect. And most of all, my Epiphone Dot model guitar is snug and secure with a perfect fit. I feel comfortable using the case for local transport, but it is not suitable for planes, buses, or train luggage handling. Sweetwater price is very good and purchase was flawless.

I did not buy my case thru Sweetwater, it came with my
Epiphone Dot Studio when I bought it from a private party. But I find the quality to be superb and the product to be solid. Would be nice to have more storage in the neck box for cables and small foot pedals, but it's still quite good at protecting my instrument.

Perfect for my use (occassional gig). I like, how the guitar fits in the case as well as the appearance. It is well worth the money.

I bought this case for my Epi DOT and am totally impressed at how nice it is at a significant savings from any other internet guitar gear retail house. The case fits the guitar perfectly and is fitted with plush grey lining. It was a very good choice to make this purchase.

Good deal for a hard shell case. Mine arrived 1-day earlier than as scheduled, sweet candies were in the shipping box! My Sheraton II fits snugly. My only gripe is there is a strong smell, not sure if it's from the cloth or the padding. It has to be kept open for a few days, maybe put baking soda box (just like the ones you put inside the fridge.

Wanting to keep in the brand after purchasing an Epiphone Casino I went for this case. Reviews were very good and price was decent enough. After receiving it promptly and proper (kudos again Sweetwater) I must say I'm not very impressed. The interior is nice enough but the exterior materials and workmanship are consistent with cases in the $ range. I have 25+ guitars and cases from all the major brands. This just looks and seems cheaper. I'm keeping it since I don't take this out much so should be fine for home and car travel. Would get a better case if gigging with it.

I bought the E519 case for my ES335 and I must say that I am slightly disappointed with it. To me it looks and feels cheap almost like a cardboard one. I would not by this case if I were a working musician because I feel that it would not last long for on the road conditions or regular everyday use. However it will still work for me since I not a working player and I will only use it under storage conditions.

These cases from Epiphone are very well made, not as "classy" as their Gibson brethren, but affordable and sturdy enough for the average player. I've used these for years...for my Gibson and Epiphone guitars with good results. The latches can be a bit sharp around the edges....#400 wet/dry will take care of that problem, and you may need to add a "pillow" of 1/2" foam under the cutaway portion of your SG or ES model guitar to provide proper support....more important in the case of an SG of course....I found this to be an easy thing to make, and it does make a difference. Neck support is spot on, but this gap under the body really needs to be addressed. This is a good case for your ES 339....and a great case for your older Gibson SG.that has the vintage neck angle.....these SG models need good support, and it's easy to pad out these cases for a perfect fit. As I said above, the hardware needs some TLC, but the metal is thicker and more robust than the usual junk found on cases in this price range. A great value and product overall.

I purchased this case at the same time as I purchased an Epiphone Lucille. To be completely honest, I think this case is just average. It feels kind of flimsy but it will do the job it is supposed to do. The Lucille fits inside very well. As far as durability is concerned, if I had been looking at cases in person I probably would have spent a little more on the Gator case.

Overall, I think this is a good case for the money (I bought it along with a guitar). I think it's more than adequate to protect the instrument it was made for. The only problem was that it had some surface scuffing on it when it arrived. Not a big enough deal to return it (it's a guitar case, after all), but I can't figure out how it got scuffed wrapped in plastic, inside a sealed box. But I'm happy with it.

I was attracted (needless to say) by the price. Having bought instrument case "bargains" before, I knew there'd probably be something I'd have to adjust to. In this "case", the latches, of which thankfully there are quite a few, front and back of the case, provide good closure. However, at least one of them is mounted a little off kilter. It's a quality control issue but not a dealbreaker. Suffice to say, if you figure it out, you'll know why the case closes a little snugly. The dealer may say it's something else, such as the thickness of the plush, but really, there's more than enough latches and at least one of them is not mounted straight, so it closes with a little effort. Back in the day, this would be called a "factory defect." Nowadays, it's just called a good deal.

The quality of the case is decent. The fit for an Epiphone Sheraton is perfect. Two small things:
1. It arrived with some stick residue on the front. Not sure what it is but it looks as if a sticker or tape had been on there and removed.
2. The lid doesn't close properly. Every time I close the case I have to shimmy the lid on correctly or the latches do not line up. Not sure why. Once I line everything up the case latches correctly. Not a big deal, just annoying.

It took me 3 cases to get one that was acceptable. Right out of the box, the first one had cuts in the outer covering, and the outer covering had come out of the banding that wraps around the case in a few places. The second one also had a problem where the covering came out of the banding. The third one wasn't perfect either, but acceptable. I wouldn't travel with this case. I'm surprised, because I recently ordered an Epi case for my Les Paul, and it's build quality is flawless. I love that case. Notwithstanding the exterior problems I encountered, my Archtop Dot fits inside this case perfectly. The interior is very plush and luxurious. I do want to thank Ed Needler and the Sweetwater team for their EXCELLENT customer service!

This case smelled so bad of chemicals from the manufacturing process that I had to leave it outside for 6 days to air out.

Now, about two weeks after owning (and doing nothing with it but leaning it against the wall), part of the outside covering is pealing off and pulling away from the stitching.

There are plenty of things made in China of high quality. This is definitely not one of them.

Team at sweet water were awesome, though.
