coolest synth and groove device ever
I love the sounds. This is one inspiring piece of equipment. My main man Nick got it to me super fast. It will surprise you.
Main volume and panning issues
I just got my new Digitone II and first thing I noticed when I turned it on was a rare panning to the right. The only way to get the stereo image fine is to turn the main volume all the way up!
I have been digging in the Internet and especially in the Elektronauts forum and it seems this is a recurrent problem happening to another clients.
A favorite
I love this box. But sweetwater should really do a better job packing /shipping. They put the (boxed) synth in another box with an extremely small piece of bubble wrap. The box just flopped around in the shipping box. Really sloppy pack job. And no candy?

I already loved the Digitone, but Elektron took it to the next level with Digitone II. It's simple, they went from being a 4 track, 8 voice great FM synth to a 16 track, 16 voice, digital multi-engine synth. That alone is a huge move forward, and being Elektron, it's not hard to imagine they will add more synth engines through the years via firmware updates. The amount of tracks, voices, new features and compressor makes it a complete machine that now allows you to create full songs with a incredibly wide sound palette. Well done Elektron, best synth you've ever done. I've had all Elektron boxes, so I think I can say this with confidence.
