NUX Damp Mini Reverb Pedal
NUX Damp Mini Reverb Pedal Reviews
Offering three distinct reverb voicings, the NUX Damp packs something for every guitarist into its space-saving miniature housing. Sweetwater guitarists from every genre find something in the Damp pedal to love, such as its ambient Plate, bottom-heavy Spring, and all-encompassing Hall reverb voicings, allowing tones from classic surf rock to atmospheric haze. Sculpt the reverberations with Decay, Level, and Tone knobs that enable precise control with selectable true or buffered bypass operation. You can even operate the Damp in stereo using a 1/4-inch TRS cable for even more sonic possibilities. Throw a Damp on your pedalboard and inject your sound with ambient character for any genre or style.
Sound quality surpasses size and price
I was going to buy the Fishman AFX reverb when I heard this. Sound quality is very good for a box that does not cost much. I wanted it for acoustic guitar, where a natural sound is important, and I get that with the room reverb. My only complaint is superficial; the box and knobs kinda look cheap from a distance, but are not flimsy.
Is it worth the price?
Yes this pedal is worth the low cost compared to other pedals prices. It delivers as stated. Quite, low cost, pedalboard friendly. Best of all, all three settings (Plate / Digital / Spring) will amaze you with it's simpliciyt of use and quality of sound. I would recommed this pedal.
