Definitely Re-Mastered and improved !!!
My new Brazilian X-Series is a definite improvement over the original X-Series. My first X-Series was all HPL and my favorite guitar up to now. I paid $ for it, this one is right at $ WITH a gig bag. This new X has a spruce top that really resonates nicely. The E1 electronics works nice and my favorite feature, the tuner just like the SC Series. This Player's neck is a lot smoother and faster. The brushed tuner keys is a nice touch also. There are some personality spots in the Brazilian veneer which will make it recognizable as MY guitar. Lastly, I've already noticed that this guitar is just as stable as my all-HPL one. I haven't changed strings yet so the 12's are good, but, I will be switching to 11.5 Doyle Dykes Signature GHS Strings. I held off over Christmas with buying another guitar I didn't really need, but, I'm glad I waited to get in on this re-mastered X series. Thanks Martin !!! And Sweetwater !!!
