The Sweetwater difference

I purchased a replacement clutch for a Roland CY-5 from another site. However, they didn't send me the screws I needed to secure it to the cymbal mount. They told me I needed to get this DW drum key so I purchased from Sweetwater.

Unfortunately these screws are not compatible with the Roland clutch. I reached out to Sweetwater and they assured me they could help find the right part, even though it may be a special order. There was some delays with the communication from Roland, but Sweetwater was always on top of it and were quick to email me updates on my request. They found the right part number (5100017649 mini lug) and gave me a quote for it.

If they are willing to do all this for a set of drum screws, you can tell they are customer focused. I would absolutely buy from Sweetwater again. You don't get service like that anywhere else.
