I've been looking at the 9000 peals for years and finally pulled the trigger. Wishing I would have years ago! These are replacing 25yr old Iron Cobras that served me very well.

These DW pedals are no only a work of art but play like a dream. I havent even thought about touching any adjustments and have been playing straight out of the box. Absolutely love these pedals.

It's pricey! but, it really is the smoothest quickest pedals I've ever owned.

This pedal has been one of the best investments towards drum equipment. Very smooth, and adjustable.

It is a beautifully built double bass pedal. One review says he stripped the screw trying to put on the nylon strap. That is user error... If you read the instruction manual that came with it, it clearly states to heat up the screw before removing as they use some form of loctite. Don't let his error deter you from getting this amazing piece of machinery! I have the 2 legged matching high hat stand as well and love it as well!

The pedal itself is nice, but installing the nylon drive was a pain. The screw on the top of both pedal boards came way too tight and I stripped the screws while trying to remove the chain drive (yes I used the correct size Phillips screw driver, it was the screw being too tight to begin with that caused this). I recommend DW making sure these screws are not tightened too much in the factory when including/advertising this nylon drive conversion.

This is a very nice pro grade double pedal! I can't feel any difference between this double pedal versus two 9000 singles its really that smooth. If you learned double bass playing on a turbo pedal as I did long ago and then upgraded to the accelerator you can instantly feel the difference! The turbo is great for learning accuracy,the accelerator is great for maintaining speed! This pedal straight out of the box was preset on accelerator and super smooth and fast with a slick glassy feel near towards the end of the stroke that makes it very easy to flutter the beaters at blazing speeds on the kick drum head while maintaining that accuracy and power for the long haul without fatigue! The only adjustments I did was set the pedal board hight up about 2 clicks and set the beater hight almost dead center on the head just like I played the accelerator 5002 pedals.This 9002 double pedal feels very lite under my feet with all the upgrades dw incorporated in this pedal and the thing is you usually always find these pedals in stock every where, I waited months on a trick bigfoot black widow that is still out of stock and saved alot of money going this route with absolutely no regrets! A big Thankyou to Will Newbill for another great deal & Sweetwater for being the fastest guns in the business!

Totally worth it if you can swing it. What else can I say? These pedals play like butter, super smooth with a great feel - I don't have to think about them. I'm loving the long boards (I got a matching DW hihat, too), and the massive bottom plates provides awesome stability!

Purchased my first DW 9002XF double pedal hooked it up and the pedal felt so smooth and very quick...adjustments are very easy and I felt the difference right away after I got my adjustments to where I liked it...and these pedals hit hard love them and I recommend them to anyone..I Thank Jason for taking care of me as well as the whole Sweetwater crew that took care of me when I had issues and the issues was resolved fast...The candy was awesome as well keep it coming...

Bought Dws then bought all 9000 hardware and I"ve never been happier. Smooth pedals very adjustable . They reall are worth the money .

Anything DW is amazing, the way these pedals just swing and the way they feel is beyond any pedals I have played. You become one with the kick. Plus Sweetwater and their customer service is amazing.

These are my first set of DW pedals, and so far pretty impressed by the quality, and adjustability. Will have a better review in a few months after I put some mileage on them!

This is one incredible piece of hardware. From the user friendly design, practically bullet proof materials and possibly more adjustments that you'll ever need, IMO, this is a must have in your set up. Sure, it may be a little on the pricey side BUT if you are one that believes in "You Get What You Pay For" then this is a smart investment. This JUST MAY BE the last kick pedal you'll ever pay for. Thank you DW for putting great looks, durability and functionality into this fine piece of equipment.

I have the double and single versions of this XF series, and the hi hat stand also. All three are outstanding. It's nice having that extra inch of space.
Playing on this double pedal is effortless, it's like walking on air. Buy it, you'll be glad ya did.

I got the single pedal XF model last year, along with the hi hat stand XF model also. I got the double pedal this past Saturday and all I can tell ya is that it's amazing! Everyone in my band kept taking turns playing on it too. Now my feet are complete, with DW 9000 pedals! And the carrying case is super nice!
