For the money this kit gives you a great, clear and natural sound. The tom mics deliver a nice boomy sound. Snare mic is great. OVH work great. Only disappointment thus far is the kick mic. Overall this kit delivers impressive results and is a sound engineers friend. Good perk is that it's also a little forgiving on sub par tuning. Highly recommend

These mic's replaced a cheap set drum mic's. The difference is staggering. These mic's are clear and give a true drum sound. Mixing the drums is now a pleasure instead of a dreaded task. One of the very best audio expenditures that I've made. I recommend them highly.
