There's a lot written about these monitors. I'm a producer mainly focused on synth-heavy electronic music with 80s guitar stylings abound. I love working with different kinds of tape and outboard gear. Dynaudio Core brings these machines to life with full fledged detail and imaging. Never has a lexicon reverb hall sounded so incredibly deep and broad. Never have I heard the Jupiter 8 breathing like I have with these monitors. Listening to uncompressed music on them is a real treat. No hype across the spectrum, just full, flat, responsive sound. I work on these for up to 10 hours at a time and I get no fatigue. Where after just a couple hours on other monitors I'm taking the rest of the day off.
Highly recommend if you're looking for non-hyped, clear, articulate details of instruments and mixes of all sorts.
These won't rattle the walls with bass like similar sized monitors, but they will deliver transparent solid bass frequency to your head so that you can hear exactly what's happening- no more no less. That goes a LONG way for me in translation- I'm not guessing or compensating anymore, thats huge.
