Great kit! (Some customization needed)
This kit is as all over the place as Casey is, but I've been using it now for almost 2 years. When I bought mine, I did without the field recorder and the 3.5mm Gopro mic adapter because this isn't meant to be portable. Which, again, is kind of all over the place. This kit should either be for studio content or on the go. Can't be both. I also did without the headphones, which I now regret. So don't make my mistake there, unless you have a truly quality set of headphones or IEMs. If you have a standard 4 or 5 piece kit, this really is all you need. But, if you're like me and play a larger 9 piece kit, you're gonna have to get a preamp unit to expand to more inputs and more mics and cables. My rep did a great job of customizing my kit for me and even gave me a fair price on the revised kit.
For the future, I'd like to see this kit revised to reflect use for in-studio. Maybe replace the field recorder and mic adapter with a Mac mini or a streaming box. The interface should provide the audio and the GoPro can provide the video.
