Exactly what I've been looing for...
I was looking for a more affordable, 2-channel tube amp with 3-band EQ and the "right" overdrive tone. This is it! With separate volume control for each of the two channels you can balance them to your liking. The clean channel sounds great and the gain on the dirty channel has good range and overdriven tone (thinking blues-rock?). The 5 watt setting is perfect for home and the head phone jack and speaker defeat allow me to continue enjoying the amp into the wee hours when others are sleeping. The 3-band EQ is subtle but functional and the reverb adds some nice flavor. The size is right too. Not too big. Not too small. And its not heavy either. After a lot of shopping around, I'm really pleased with this amplifier and appreciate Brandon at Sweetwater for helping make one mine. One last thing, its a great mate for my AC15. Now I've got great British sounds on one side and the American tone I've been searching for on the other.
