I bought this mostly bacause i wanted a polish/cleaner (it is not much of a polish actually) that said specifically it was for the nitrocellulose finish on my Gibson. So I got the whole kit. I have not had to use the metal polish and the strap was a bit cheap, but OK. The pol;ish towels are nice. The polish itself is a thin liguide that requires lots of wiping to get it dry, but works. I guess because my axe is new it doesnt't get much use yet
