Solid, Reliable, and Quality
I started with a different unit from another manufacturer that had a pretty serious issue. I notified the company and they began working on it, but there was no plan to resolve it in sight, so I was advised to switch to Drawmer. I was a slightly more expensive unit, but I haven't had any issues, it's fairly quiet when it starts, unlike the previous unit that would introduce pops and spikes in the circuitry, which required me to be careful about ensuring it was on before turning on the monitors. The sound quality is as good, possibly better than the previous unit as well. What I particularly like is that you can switch the duck the left or right side in addition to the phase and mono options. The other unit didn't offer that I had to contrive a make-shift way of handling that. It's made really well and it doesn't feel like there were any corners cut making it.

Good transparent studio controller, my only critique is the LR cut buttons should have been pre mono button so you can monitor each signal alone on both speakers. I used a small folding laptop stand to prop it at a 45 degree angle.
Excellent monitor controller!
The Drawmer CMC3 is a very well built and excellent sounding monitor controller. I have 2 sets of near fields (Focals and Genelecs) on the A & B speaker outs and 2 subs on the C speaker output. It was very easy to balance and calibrate all 3 sets with the level adjustment controls on the CMC3. I am also running 2 sources and the CMC3 allows me to select between them. I especially like the Mono, Dim and Mute functions - really handy for checking mixes in mono, dimming for a brief conversation, etc. There is also a level preset function which I calibrated to 85dB with pink noise to check mixes at louder levels briefly. The CMC3 does not mask the soundstage and sonically is extremely transparent. Great product from a company with a robust heritage for great products! A+
