Fender CC-60S - Natural Reviews
Fender redesigned their CC-60S Classic Design Series acoustic guitar with upgraded features, including a solid spruce top, mahogany back and sides, a mahogany neck with a comfortable Easy-to-Play profile, and a smooth rosewood fingerboard with rolled edges. This instrument's smaller concert body size is perfect for younger players, and with its classic tonewood construction it delivers an intimate, beautifully balanced tone that's great for both strumming and fingerpicking. The instructors at Sweetwater's Academy of Music often recommend Fender Classic Design guitars like the CC-60S to their beginning — as well as intermediate — students because they offer a combination of quality, playability, looks, and value that can't be beat.

Perfect
This is exactly what I look for in an acoustic. It's got a bright, loud sound with a great low end, the neck feels perfect in my hand, it plays like butter, it's got a comfortable, small body, and you can play just about anything on it. Not to mention that, despite its low price, it still has a spruce top with mohogany back, sides, neck, and a rosewood fretboard. Fantastic.
GREAT GUITAR FOR THE PRICE
IT HAS BEEN MANY YEARS SINCE I PICK UP A GUITAR, SINCE I GAVE MY GUITARS TO MY SON WHO PLAYS NOW. IT WAS VERY EASY GETTING BACK TO PLAYING WITH THIS FENDER CC-60S.
I JUST WANTED A GUITAR THAT WAS NOT TO EXPENSIVE, SO I COULD PICK IT UP AND GIVE MY FINGERS A WORK OUT, AND LEARN ALL I FORGOT ABOUT PLAYING.
NICE ACTION, HANDLES WELL AND STAYS IN TUNE. A PERFECT START AGAIN GUITAR FOR THESE OLD FINGERS.
CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE FOR THIS GUITAR.
Just what I was looking for
I was looking for a smaller body acoustic for travel, playing on the beach, etc., and I didn't care for the true travel guitars' small scale. This Fender CC-60S is just right. It felt perfect the first time I played it. The neck shape fits my hands and the guitar sits just right on my thigh. The tone is good now and will only get better as it "opens up." It came triple-boxed and arrived in perfect condition, requiring only a quick tuning.
Now I can leave my more expensive Taylor acoustic at home and enjoy playing this great-sounding Fender wherever I go.
