Positive achievement
My daughter loves her guitar. She's always liked to just play around with musical instruments but just for fun as a kid, but this times she really wants to take it seriously. She even signed up for classes since I can't afford the lessons she signed up for it as one of her sophomore classes for next year. So thank you Sweetwater for being able to provide an affordable and yet reliable real guitar to help her evolve her intrest. So thank you!!
Don’t be fooled by the price!!!
Way better guitar than the price would indicate. Plays great, sounds great, and the built in electronics are worth more than the price of admission. Highly recommending to all of my students.
Very Pleased
Very happy with guitar. I upgraded the strings & it"s good to go.
Washburn C5
Now that I'm retired, one item on my bucket list was to go back to reviewing all the classical guitar material I went through in the 70's. Looking for an entry level low priced instrument I relied on the Washburn name and was correct in my choice. It was made in China, but considering the price the construction is excellent. The only criticism is the polyurethane finish even covered the bridge. That might inhibit the volume but the tone and balance between the strings is excellent. It complete met my needs at a great low price. What was even more rewarding was the great service and communication during the transaction.
Great Affordable Guitar
I bought this at Gearfest 2017 to replace a no-name classical I never bonded with. The guitar looks great, sounds great and plays great. It stays in tune well.
guitar
great service price everything
great value
As with all product ratings I am writing this with a practacally new guitar, but out of the box, it is a very nice product. It has a flawless finish, with attractive grain, is well intonated, with a low, buzz free action. The tuning machines are smooth, and a month in to ownership, I don't see any warping of the top wood. The edges appear to be painted, which makes it a stronger product in my opinion. The top isn't the most resonant wood, but sounds great for a hundred dollar guitar.
Love my new guitar!
I got a great price on a great guitar and all I had to do is go on line, ordered it and got it the next day.
Washburn makes an affordable guitar with great quality that was perfect for me. I have another Washburn for folk guitar performances but wanted a classical guitar for personal playing and this fit the bill.
The customer service was outstanding. I received my guitar in perfect condition and the information, packing was perfect with a candy included, a nice personal touch. I felt very much appreciated as a customer and passed on my catalogue to my son who plays guitar and owns a lot of musical equipment and he was amazed at the offers.
All I can say about Sweetwater is kudos to an unbelievable company.
Not red!
I bought the guitar because I thought it was red; it's orange. Other than the color, I really like it. I ended up just playing it with a pick, and it sounds better than my other normal acoustics. Also, I whish it had strap buttons on it, but they are easy and cheap to install, so it's not a problem.
