By pairing a solid Sitka spruce top with back and sides made from laminated mahogany, the D'Angelico Premier Bowery manages to deliver a mature acoustic response at a compelling price. This acoustic-electric cutaway dreadnought gives you full access to all positions up and down its spacious 20-fret ovangkol fingerboard. The Premier Bowery's C-profile mahogany neck joins the body by way of a dovetail joint for maximum tonal transfer. This means big sustain and rich resonance, unplugged or into a PA. The Premier Bowery includes onboard D'Angelico electronics with 3-band EQ and onboard tuner to keep you sounding your best in a live-performance setting. Antique Bronze hardware, a bone nut and saddle, and those delicious D'Angelico Art-Deco appointments — Skyscraper, Stairstep Tuners, Shield, and rosette — round out this impressive cutaway dreadnought.

Looks and sounds great
I bought the D'Angelico Premier Bowery because it looks great and I wanted a cutaway model for ease of playing. I had never played a D'Angelico guitar so I read reviews and watched videos. It is the first time I bought a guitar without actually playing it first. I was not disappointed when I received it. It's a looker and sounds great to me. I am 76 years old and want this to be my last guitar that I buy. I have owned many guitars over the years (Fender, Gretsch, Guild, Epiphone, Supro, Schecter, among others) and the Premier Bowery is immediately one of my favorites for it's price and playability.
Great guitar!
I'm a beginner guitar player and wanted to step up form my $99 starter guitar and I needed one with a built in pick up. I couldn't afford a really high end Gibson or Taylor nor do I think I could appreciate it at this point. This guitar is the perfect middle ground. Well built and sounds great! I would recommend!
