I love a dry ride. This fits the bill. Extreme clarity and definition. The bell tone is beautiful.

However - I think it lacks a bit of musicality. The ride tone shows how massive it really is. Like hitting a brick wall. Does not crash unless hit with the side of the stick (hard). Ride pattern tone is a bit tinny to my ears.

I recommend, and am happy with the purchase, but now looking at something with better musicality. Zildjian Custom Dark or Paiste Signature Dark MK1.

My Blue Bell arrived today. I love the sound and quality. The appearance is also cool. If you are able to buy this do yourself a favor and buy it.

I bought this cymbal when it came out and it was a beast and loved it right up until it got stolen..After 14 years I got it back.. This is one of the beast cymbals I ever played you can't go wrong with this cymbal it will go with any flavor of music you can play.. If you can buy it this will be a good investment. It's worth every penny.. I have played every brand of cymbals I haven't played a ride this smooth..

This ride does it all. If you can afford it, this is the ride for you.

This ride has everything a drummer could look for. Excellent stick articulation in the body, a beautiful medium sustain, & a bell that really cuts and has a glassy, powerful brutal sound. It's monster....

Without a doubt the best ride cymbal I've ever used. Distinct stick ping, bell that cuts through the mix like a knife through butter, and a nice subtle dark wash that compliments the ping and doesn't get in the way. If you have the means I highly recommend.

Hands-down the most versatile ride I've ever played. The bell cuts through the mix effortlessly, as does the ping when sticking the body. Are use this for our original alternative rock, as well as cover country, pop, funk, soul, R&B, and on and on. It just doesn't get any more versatile.

This is the best ride cymbal I've ever heard, it has a beautiful full body tone and a crystal clear bell that just cuts like a sharp blade.

Just quit thinking about it and order it ! It’s exactly what I thought it would be , beautiful and pingy with a very musical bell. There are plenty of videos online if you want to hear it in its glory.....

Paiste of course is going to be high quality, and the Blue Bell is that. I was looking for a ride to fill my gap between my 20" and a couple of 24's and I described what I was looking for to Jake. I was VERY hesitant to buy a final le this without playing it. Never did before. Jake came back with two choices after consulting his drum guys. They recommended the Blue Bell and the one I thought I'd like. I went with their recommendation. Freakin' Nailed It! Super heavy. Like 8 pounds. My 1964 - 24" ..is the only one heavier at 9.7 lbs. that I own. Great stick action. Nice wash. Unbelievable bell. That is definitely Copeland. I building not be happier. And it looks so cool. Just eye popping. Ive been playing for 50 years and this cymbal is just a dream. Do it. You know you want to.
