Feeling The Beats !!!!!

By Junius S. from Atlanta, GA on December 6, 2011 Music Background: Musician, Writer, Composer

I have had my Beats Pros for about 1 month now and all I can say is WOW !! The sound is crystal clear and the tone is Perfect. While the Pros are off you can hear conversations but once the music starts, your surroundings disappear. If you like em loud, they handle it without complaint so much as to your head Vibrate !!! (I would not listen at that level too long !!).. Classical music is a blast to listen to using the Beats Pros. They are not noise canceling by any means but turn the volume up and you dont hear anything else. The Pros are very comfortable and have not had any pressure spots on my head. I have even fallen asleep wearing them and experienced no discomfort. Would I suggest them to others ?? HECK YEAH !!!

Personal thanks to Austin for working with me on this purchase. The new headphones are absolutely amazing. I will probably be forced to get a better sound card soon. ....from Sweetwater of course! :)

The headphones are good for listening, but if you use them for your studio; make sure that you check the sound with the studio monitors. I do not hear a pop sound in the headphones, but after producing a beat you can hear static and popping sounds from other sources. Checked all my equipment and had to continue changing the freq. setting just to make it sound correct. In conclusion still good for listening to music, but not so much with production. Also not comfortable for long periods of producing; it really hurts and pinch your head.

Not for long listening

By Adam from Fort Wayne, IN on December 30, 2011 Music Background: Worship Pastor

These things are built like a tank. That was the first thing I noticed. There was no way I was going to break them. That probably explains the lame bag that came with them. The sound was amazing and better than I expected. However, after having them on for longer than a half an hour, they became more and more uncomfortable to wear. So much so that later in the evening they gave me a headache. Because they're built so strong, they are extremely rigid and non forgiving to larger heads... like mine. I ended up returning them and getting the studios instead. I saved $100, but definitely lost the durability factor, being that the studios are made of plastic. The sound, however, was identical. I can't say I would recommend the pros. Go with the studios, and just be careful with them :)
