If you're only going to get one pedal, this is the place to start
This is the third time I've bought one of these pedals, and for good reason. If you're currently going Bass to DI to Console, consider switching to this. You can get the joy of a mic'd SVT cab without the stage bleed and the risk of the bassist knocking the mic out of place.
A gigging sound human (and friend) keeps one of these in his pelican for rough bass tones, and runs a dry wet spit with the pedal from an insert return on his console. He doesn't leave home without it.
