So I had this pedal for about a year. Spent hours and days creating presets. Then one day I turn it on. All my presets are gone, including all factory presets. Now, the only thing that works is digital. Analog and dynamic delays no longer work at all. Emailed the company. No help at all. Was supposed to come with a Laney 2 year warranty, which they have yet to honor. No firmware, no factory preset restoration. No library for saving.
When laney finally replied to my email. They said other pedals had the same problem, when turning on, and off, and on again.
I just turned mine on, and nothing. For this amount of cash. This should NEVER EVER happen. I asked Laney for a replacement, or refund. And got no reply. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE!!!
