Excellent guitar-focused interface!
I use this as a solo guitarist to practice and record tracks. I have a simple setup (guitar straight to the interface and I run amp modeling software) that this works great for. I like the impedance control that allows you to further dial in your tone.
Great software and hardware is solid with cool features.
Using with Mac I'm currently not using my main studio due to Arizona heat so I'm inside using this with laptop. I think the sounds in tone x are amazing and worth the price I will be upgrading to the full software for sure. The one impedance knob is great for tonal flavors. The interface was plug and play with my Mac. No drivers needed and has no latency. The amp out I haven't tried but will to reamp once it cool down here. Overall this replace a pod studio ux2 and o couldn't be happier to rid my life of my thing line6.
Great interface especially for the price.
Great price and great features, I couldn't ask for more. Used it to make TONEX Captures with my TONEX Software and it was flawless. Great job IK
Basic
it is small and compact, and therefore it should be compatible with Ipad, Iphone, and if possible, android as well. To use with Windows or Macbook I recommend looking for another option.
Axe I/O One
Bought this to use with a laptop when I have my Larger interface (roland octacapture) set up for recording drums. Really wanted to like this little thing, but I have had a lot of problems with drivers and latency in reaper for windows. Even the amplitube 5 VSTs constantly crash my reaper sessions. It does sound good when I can get it working decently. The build quality of the unit itself is also fairly cheap and plasticky feeling, though it is an inexpensive unit. Perhaps with a Mac setup this thing works better, but I became frustrated with spending more time tinkering trying to get a low latency monitoring signal than actually playing and recording guitar, so I put it back in the box.
