Very useful piece
I have been using a Focusrite ISA II through an Apogee Duet to record with mics and also direct bass and guitar. The signal was so hot going into the Apogee that I couldn't use much gain from the pre. I got a couple of these and VIOLA! I am able to push the pre more.
