Much easier way of learning all the keyboard short cuts. Great reference tool. Happy I purchased from SweetWater!!

Well built keyboard, looks great but be honest, a regular keyboard and a Faderport will work better for navigating thru you DAW. I've used it, maybe 3x and it isn't as responsive as described. Also, no cheat sheet/user manual available and the USB ports are extremely loose. I will be returning it, unfortunately.

I like to work/mix/record in low light for mood and vibes so when I was looking for regular back lit keyboard found about these with the Studio One shortcuts. I'm fairly new to Studio One and don't have the shortcuts memorized as of ye so this made perfect sense to me to purchase. Just like most people using DAW's we like to not have to grab the mouse when we don't have to and this keyboard helps in that regard. It has 5 different brightness from bright to no back lit at all. I use it as a day to day keyboard as well and I have no issues whatsoever. The KB is sturdy and well made. It has some weight to it. I also like that it has 2 USB ports on it. Save some time, and work in low lighting - a win win for me.

I recently purchased this keyboard a week ago after hearing a few reviews on youtube. When I first received the board, immediately I knew that I had gotten a defective unit, the right control key wasn't working properly, butt Sweet Water took care of that real quick and sent me a replacement with no problems. Now my quick review, 1. love the feel of the keys, they have a nice feel when typing on them, 2. the 2 usb ports, one on both backsides of the board is very nice, no more leaning over to my hardrive to plug in usb drives. lol, 3. has a little bit of weight to it and is tilted at an angle, so doesn't move around at all on my desk, 4. like the multiple short cuts labeled on the keys instead of one, 5. like the 5 different levels of brightness for the light that you can change, instead of just an on/off mode. So if you're looking for a nice backlit keyboard with multiple short cuts, I highly recommend. p.s Thanks to my SW sales rep, Bob Mondok!
