Its Dimes tone alright!!
It isn't a stand-alone title. it requires Amplitude basic. Also need to download zip-drive driver but once u jump through a few very simple hoops, the heavens open up!! U can load 1 of many presets that match songs of the CFH album...Not a joke, it perfectly matches his tone. What is nice also is once the equipment is in your Bank it can be used in building any other rig or effects chain you wish....Knocked it out of the park
Ik multimedia Dime collection.
Not use to the platform and it's a bit tricky to work with. Sounds ok but not what I thought it would be. I'm a devoted Dime fan and love his work.
Just give me what i paid for
The software itself seems pretty good. What i dont appreciate is ik mult. filling up my computer with a lot of **** that i cant use. If i want to pay for it then i will, till then i could really do without having to sift through it all trying to find what is authorized or not. This makes me hesitant to purchase anything from them in the future.
Clunky in Amplitude 4 can not get to work in 5
Have issues with the Dimebag plug-ins my interface works with Amplitude 4 and 5 but with the plugin it does not. I try too import in Gargeband and the plugin does not show up in amplitude.
Nails the Dime Tone
I"ve always been a Dimebag Darrell fan and this software achieves that tone beautifully! I like to play heavier riffs and metal, so this is exactly what I was looking for. If you want to learn and play Pantera tunes then you"ve found the perfect modeler. The pedal collection is great to add to some of my other saved tones.
