Best Bluetooth headphones!
Well, what can I say these headphones made me give away my AirPods Max, the sound is amazing and the soundstage is awesome. Through the app you can customize them to your own preferences, the app conducts a hearing test to put more emphasis on the frequencies you don't hear as much. That customization gave them a perfect 10 in sound, with the update you can eq them even better! Only little issue I have with them is the size but these are not to users that want to go to the gym or make anything else than relax and listen to your favorite tunes!!

Absolutely Amazing
Prompted by the lack of a headphone jack and the transition of more devices toward wireless, I was looking for something that would sound great, and work well across my devices. I've been a fan of Beyerdynamic for years, and extensively use DT-880 and Dt-770; sometimes with the Grace converter / headphone amp in front of my 880s; other times with an Apogee Groove in front of them; when monitoring during recording I use the 880s through an Apogee Duet. I also have Blue Mo-Fi, Sony, and some higher end Bowers & Wilkins that are more of a prosumer grade.
These Amiron headphones stand up at every level, in every way - to all of these. The soundstage and depth are remarkable, and the response across the frequency range is superb. The real icing on the cake is that they are exceptionally comfortable; which makes a huge difference in the overall experience. Are they as good as the Grace set up, well maybe not quite - but for what they are; they are really amazing. By far the best wireless that I have heard to date. period.
The sound personalization is a nice feature, but not totally necessary - these things are a home run without it.
Exceeded all of my expectations
Given the price, I was a bit hesitant to pull the trigger on these headphones. Thankfully, they have exceeded all of my expectations, and then some. Very comfortable for longer term use, and the sound is customizable via a downloadable sound personalization app. I set up an inexpensive Bluetooth transmitter connected to one of the headphone output jacks on my UA Apollo 8 and HD Bluetooth allows me the freedom to move around my home studio while tracking guitar, drums, keyboards, etc., without being tied down by any cords or wires. I have not used any of my other headphones or even my in-ear monitors since buying the Amirons. Well worth the price!
Hi-Tech Extraordinary Wireless Headphones
First and foremost, the sound quality is superb. I also own a pair of Shure SRH840 and the Beyerdynamic"s blow them away. The clarity, detail, bass response and volume are astounding. Besides sounding cool, the Tesla driver technology is no joke.
Second, the space grey color matches my new MacBook Pro... not important but I love that detail. The padding is soft, the headband is soft, I feel like I could wear them all day.
Third, when you connect them to a device with a modern Bluetooth codec, the system announces it and that"s a cool feature. AptX with my MacBook Pro provides stunning quality, much higher than CD quality - without wires!
Next, the side touchpad is cool and you can adjust the sensitivity via the app on your mobile device. The sound personalization via the app works well too, I was astonished what a positive difference it made. It essentially tests your ears against different frequency bands and adjusts accordingly. It performs this for both ears independently and can easily be disabled. It did take several tries to get it right because the directions don"t elaborate on the process but it"s not that hard to perform.
I only have a few gripes. If the band was slightly tighter the bass would be significantly better. It sounds amazing already but if I push the cups in towards my head the bass becomes extraordinarily clear and present. I wish it was like that without applying any pressure.
Lastly, I wish there was a more robust cable to use when not in wireless mode. If you have an expensive sound card then you"d want to plug your phones into it. If these cans had a mini xlr plug to use in wired mode they would be perfect, and a thicker more robust cable would be great too.
If you produce without any external gear and your computer has the latest Bluetooth codecs then you can"t go wrong. Same with just enjoying music. I wanted to have both, amazing Wireless and proficient wired. The wired connection just feels cheap and an afterthought - I"m glad it"s there I just wish it was more professional looking.
All in all, I highly recommend these. They are the best sounding, highest tech, and best looking headphones I"ve ever owned. I"ll probably buy another pair.

Ok so I am not an audiophile. And i really don't like the term cans. I am just not cool enough to use those words. I have been trying to find a good set of traveling headphones. And these are not them. My first thought when I saw these was they are going back. They just don't look good. And they are bulky. So I gave them a listen without the hearing test and then after doing it. There is a difference they sounded great both ways. So far I have used krakens turtle beach Sony Bose bowers and Wilkins and bang and Olufsen. The beyerdynamics held their own. I order master and dynamic mw75s and they were out of stock for ever so I decided to get the Amirons. I also order the b and o h95s. They show up tomorrow. I have a set of beoplays for my PS5 and those sound great but are terrible for gaming. So my long winded I like hearing my self talk rant is over. I would give them a, b for comfort an A for sound,a d+ for looks. Sound wise they are really pretty good. I have only used 200 dollar wired gaming head sets so I can't really compare them to wired. But as wireless goes I would say get em I don't think you will be disappointed. Picture will show why I say they are ugly. The other headphones are the beoplays for PS5. Just for comparison. Amirons are to the right.
Leaves a lot to be desired
The build quality is there. The headphone padding is so thick that you can't get the speakers close enough to your ears to enjoy. If you push the headphones closer to your ears they sound better.. but obviously you cant hold them the whole time. They are also very loose. They fall off every time i lean and I don't have a small head...
The audio quality was average out of the box on spotify... using the beyerdynamic app helped... but even that was frustrating because it did not provide an eq.. only a hearing test that then eqs for you. What resulted was ear fatigue very quickly.
Using them on TIDAL instead of Spotify was much better.. but even then, the lack of bass and the fact they easily fell off my head too much was a deal breaker.
