Fender Acoustic 100
Excellent sound and quality! Love the crisp clear sound and affects are easily tuned in! Ian did an excellent job helping me find the right equipment for my playing application!
Awesome Acoustic Amp
I had Alex help me to pick the right amp for my needs, it was an upgrade to what I had. I'm very please with this selection, and it has great sound. much better than my last inexpensive amp. Alex answered all my questions and help me to setup a account with Sweetwater. A huge thanks to him for his professional service and knowledge.
Save Your Money
Save your money and get a Bose or something else. This thing is not even a good bedroom amp. I just tried one out. My S1 still rules big time.
Big sound, little package
I bought the Acoustic 100 to replace my Fishman Loudbox Mini (pre-bluetooth). That was a great little amp. Then this puppy came along and made the Loudbox pretty much obsolete. Great sound, cool effects, small footprint... what's not to love? Well, the excess bass for one thing. Took some dialing-in to get the right tone from 2 Taylors -- one 6 string & one 12. The indicator lights on the top panel are super bright; so much so that they blot out the labels, so keep a glowstick handy until you memorize the position of the lit indicator. It's a lot of amp for the money, & the Taylor girls dig it once I got the tone chemistry right.
Bass hum makes it unusable
Maybe it is just my beloved Martin, but this Fender amp is essentially useless to me. I bought it new and haven't used it for a single recording and rarely even in practice. The reason is the low end, A and E strings, buzz out and overpower everything else. I have to tweak the EQ on my guitar so that it sounds like a banjo to even use this amp, which of course makes it useless. I've tried adjusting the Low knob to zero, putting the amp on a table, using different cords, putting distance between myself and the amp - nothing works. I plan on trading it in locally.
Get the Loudbox Instead
Been using a Fishman Loudbox Mini for years for solo gigs. Love it. 'Cos I started playing in a trio, thought I'd upgrade a bit. Got the Fender Acoustic 100. It looks cool and sounds great. But when I A/B'd it next to the Mini, it just wasn't as loud, when what I wanted was more volume. So in my not really very humble opinion, I'd say, if you're looking for this type rig, go with the Loudbox Mini (It's cheaper, too.)
I wound up ordering a Loudbox Artist. Lots more dough, but I know I like the Fishman line.
Perfect for my solo performances
Don't waste your money
I bought the Fender Acoustic 200 in August of 2020. I was good until it wasn't. Now when I turn on the amp I get loud popping and humming sounds along with annoying distortion and that is without plugging in with my acoustic guitar. When I do plug in it the feed back it unbearable. If I try to connect with the Bluetooth it gets even worse. The amp is unusable. Now the amp is out of warranty, it has been discontinued by Fender and they have no parts for it. Don't do it, if you buy this piece of junk you will eventually regret it. I chose the one star rating (I really dislike) only because there isn't a minus star rating (totally disgusted and a waste of $). Since it has been discontinued the price is down, but if you really want the throw away bucks go for it.

Fender 100watt acoustic amp.
This small amp has been a tremendous addition to my stage. This versatile amp allows me to use 2-separate guitars on stage and run them both into a PA while using the amp itself as a monitor in smaller venues with no monitors. It also allows me to run my acoustic and a microphone through the amp with separate EQ's.
I love the sound of the acoustic voices amp and its versatility. I love it so much I bought a 2nd one.
But this amp for your acoustic work. I haven't found anything better and that is confirmed from the reviews from the crowd.
Fender 100
I was downsizing from a big sound system and decided to replace it with something more compact. I expected a little more clarity when using mic. I am not playing large venues any more so I think it will probably work. The digital effects are very good. You can't expect the same sound from one 8 inch speaker compared to a full range cabinet. My Alverz acoustic sounds fantastic. My hat goes off to Carlos and Andrew for great service. There are many places you can buy the same thing but people make the difference. Thanks Carlos and Andrew
New Fender Amp.
It is working out just fine. I think it may not have the frequency response on the high end I expected. I am not doing any gigs with it; I just bought it for my own use and enjoyment at home when I play. It is a nice amp. It has enough power to gig with, small to midsize rooms. If you are looking for an all-around descent Amplifier, this could be the rig for you. Honestly, I wish it had a looper. MY BAD. Get with the folks at Sweetwater and they will hook you up. Good People, Good Products, Good customer Service.

Fender Acoustic amp
This really a pretty cool amp. It does everything that it states, and it is wonderfully simple to use. the only drawback is that I thought the one hundred watts would have had more volume. This works great for smaller venues, and I even used it outside with some success. I have yet to try it in a band setting, but I love the ease of use of the amp and the sound, and it's super light.
Great Amp!
I use this in a small venue. It is a small lounge and steakhouse and they like easy-listening music. It works great. It has all the effects you need and it can be loud but can catch the nuances of your performance. The price is more than right for this unit. Be sure to get a cover too. This amp is nice looking so you want to keep it that way. Add the footswitch and you can change effects for voice and guitar with the push of a button. The listeners often comment on my smooth sound and this amp is a part of it.
Not a bad amp but lacks power
I currently decided to update my old Fender Acousti-Sonic 100-watt amp with this new much lighter version. The new one is nice and very easy to transport but it lacks power. I was thinking of returning it but decided to keep it as a practice and recording amp. If you're looking for a solo performance amp for small venues this new Fender Acoustic 100 is okay. Also, the effects are a bit on the weak side so additional effects pedals are recommended (especially chorus).
I LOVE THIS AMP! BUT THERE IS ONE PROBLEM
I picked this amp up a while ago and really enjoy it. It has plenty of amazing features. Below are a few pros and cons I have.
Pros:
-Super Light Weight and easy to carry.
-Great sound and perfect volume for for a small size venue.
-Two individual channels for your guitar and a mic.
-Over a half dozen presets that all sound great.
-Direct outs to run up to your soundboard if needed.
-Bluetooth to play music from your phone in between sets.
Cons:
-NO MASTER VOLUME, all of the other portable acoustic amps I have used had a master volume knob, this system you have to adjust both your guitar and mic separate.
-May not have enough punch for an outdoor venue
Versatile Acoustic Amp
I have had this amp for over a year and I love it. It is always a good feeling when you find a piece of gear that works for you and doesn't leave you restless for something else. I play my acoustic and Ibanez semi-hollow with it. The on-board effects are usable - the Chorus+Delay is my go to. Of note, I purchased and returned a Fishman Loudbox Mini before bringing the Fender home. The Mini without question is a good amp, I just found this one to be better for me.
Trip to Sweetwater
I went to MN on vacation this past summer. Before heading back to MD., I went to Sweetwater. The staff at Sweetwater is second to none. I purchased a Fender amp among many other items that were of great quality and extremely well priced; I was and am totally satisfied!!!!
Some good points, some not.
I didn't return it, so that tells you it's basically okay. I play a dreadnought with a Seymour-Duncan Mag Mic, and a Cordoba Fusion nylon strung through it.
All functions work as described, and the effects are good. Plenty of wattage, no problem there, either.
But the sound just doesn't pop. There's no brilliance. Everything seems a bit dampened…. Even Pandora sound muffled.
But it IS dependable. It is what it is.
Excellent Tone
Bought this for smaller, solo acoustic shows and it's perfect. Lightweight, small footprint, looks great and the sound quality is fantastic. The Bluetooth is great for breaks and you can play music from your phone. If you do want more volume for performing, the XLR outs go straight to a house system or a PA system or speaker. Excellent job by Fender!
Great Acoustic Amp
This amp does exactly what it says it does, I got it to try to bring more mid to a new Taylor 224k and It worked out perfect
Nice features
almost everything you will want
fender Acoustic 100
This Amp has excellent tone to complement my Martin electric. Definitely, the most bang for your buck. Very easy to dial in the sound your looking for without sacrificing your natural guitar sound. It's like having two amps in one with the second channel with separate controls,if you want to Mike it, or play with a buddy. Great practice amp!.
The guys at Sweetwater are very professional, and care about your experience with them and it shows.
Great amp but bass
Great acoustic guitar amp - makes some guitars sound better than any acoustic amp I have ever heard. However, the Lr baggs element and true mic pickups have extremely loud bass on the E string. Some may like this, but I do not. Recently I added an external eq pedal and just turned the lowest bass frequency down. This worked, but I can't say that it helps the over all sound, especially through the house. I would advise people to try it out with the guitar your plan to use before purchasing.
Power at your fingertips
Wonderful amp! Many tricks and niceties without having other toys. Clean sounds
Fender Acoustic 100
I must say, I was a bit surprised...The clean and clear sound was just super. With just a little adjusting, I have the amp sounding just like the natural sound of my guitar. I really like the selection of effects as well.
The amp also has plenty of punch so it's just what I was looking for... I know it will suit my needs...As always Mike Brandt at Sweetwater did a super job helping with my purchase...Couldn't be happier!!
Superior sound
It was down to two amps and I chose this one for esthetic, reputation and versatility. I can practice with it or use it for a gig. Bluetooth capability is a great feature. Sounds great, looks great. Style does matter.
Incomparable acoustic tone
I took the oportunity to sit down with a number of acoustic amps at the local guitar shop. This one simply blew the rest away. Using my Taylor T5z into each amp, the Fender has the most realistic acoustic tone of any of the other models. The low end is particularly impressive. It turned out to be one of the easiest decisions I've ever made.
Fender 100 acoustic amp
The selling point for me was the Blue Tooth feature as I am a poor guitarist. I used the amp to play one of my favorite songs through my tablet. This particular version of the song was remixed and cleaned up, the sound through the amp was crystal clear, I then went through some classical guitar music and the amp was just wonderful. It is small and compact my loves the fact it looks like a piece of furniture.
Fender Acoustic 100
This amp blew me away when I started playing it. This amp gave life to my acoustic guitar and has made playing acoustic so much more fun. I love its handle design and overall looks. The sound quality is so impressive too. I reccomend this amp to anyone on any level of guitar playing.
Fender Acoustic 100
Love it! I use it for Worship Services at Church
Fender acoustic 100 amp
Unbelievable how great this amp sounds with my acoustic guitars and my resonator.
The effects are great also I did a show and ran
A mic into it and sounded amazing.
I did order the pedal which I will recommend you can store 3 effects settings and has a tuner built into it.
I tried several acoustic amps by far the best one is the acoustic 100

Old Country Picker and Singer
I can not say enough about how Great this amp is. I just played My Fender Mustang Guitar through it and sounded Great. Buy this amp. You will be very happy.
Fender Acoustic 100
For my acoustic band this was a great fit. It sounds great, I use a Grace bix pre-amp with my Takamine Santa-fe that is equipped with the cool tube and it all just sings. I also run this through the PA for bigger venues, enough power with the pre-amp. No need for the 200 w I did purchase the cover, that should be included! The foot switch for me is not needed for live performances.

Just need give a big Praise to Sweetwater, Patrick and his Team. I got a call a few days ago from Patrick at Sweetwater. Wanted to if I liked My new Fender Acoustic Amp and Newporter Guitar. I told them I loved them. I told Patrick Him I will be buying some more gear from Sweetwater later. I will be doing all My music gear from Sweetwater. Ya all are Great.
Country Picker
Just got done playing My New Fender Acoustic 100 watt Amp. It is great. Can not wait to start playing some Coffee Houses and Rest Homes. With My Fender Acoustic 100 Amp and Newporter Guitar. The old folks like to hear those Hank Williams and Merle Haggard songs. With My new gear from Sweetwater. I know I know I will make them happy. Again Thank You folks at Sweetwater for making this old Guy happy to.
Great amp
I play a Takamine EF-291, a relic from the early 90s. Still, it plays beautifully through the Fender Acoustic 100. It took very little time to adjust my preamp (Boss VE-8 "acoustic singer") to accommodate the Fender. I'm still working on toning down the bottom E string, but the vocals are incredible.
Highly recommended. Great price. Very good amp.
Fender Acoustic 100 amp
I was glad to see the great reviews on this amp. As a beginner acoustic guitar player having only played on the small amp that came with my guitar package and occasionally on an electric guitar amp I have for my electric I noticed a substantial difference in sound quality and I'm no expert. It's just so obvious. I played on it at a guitar store on demo and the tones were so warm and rich that I played on it for about an hour or so with different guitars wondering if it was just me that notice it's superb quality. Now I know. A must have for fantastic true acoustic sounds.
fender acoustic 100
Only giving it a 4.5 because the first one would overdrive after 30 mins or so. Sweetwaters excellent service is sending me another one right away. It's a great amp, very bright especially if you have a fishman on your guitar. you will need some sort of stand as it is pretty small. one you get it into position it will amaze you. the effects are great. I bought a pedal and that gives you more controll over them. The 100 is plenty loud enough for me and I have never had to turn it past 50%. I play a Taylor 710 through it and it sounds fantastic. Buy this amp, you wont regret it.
Great amp
First off Reid Bright was a super helpful tech Thanks. The amp has great features and sounds very good. I haven"t had much time to play it yet but when I took it out of the box the cloth speaker cover wasn"t stretched properly over frame before they attached it and it looks baggy on one side. That bothers me but I really don"t want to deal with sending it back. I"m not sure if it was a returned amp.. I"m not sure. I like it and when I have some extra time I"ll be really happy to play some songs through it.
This one's a winner !
I'm part of an acoustic guitar duo ( Hawk Creek ). My partner and I decided it was time to get matching amps, both for stage presence and also just to upgrade what we had. Went to a local music store and did a comparison between Fishman, Roland, Behringer and Fender acoustic amps. Saved the Fender for last. The minute we plugged in, the difference was very noticeable. Warmer, richer than the others. The onboard effects for each channel and the (light) weight made the choice a no-brainer. We've used it in areas that sit up to 50-60 people, and they easily handled the mix, imaging, volume needed. And..they look fantastic !
Great amp!
Was going between this and the fishman loudbox mini for mostly at home play. Decided to go with fender for the larger size 9100w versus 60w), the fender brand name, and the effects which are great.
Would highly recommend this. I play mostly at home and the size is great. Effects sound great too. Highly recommend getting the MS4 foot pedal as well- has a built in tuner and lets you set 3 presets for effects.
Bass is very strong on this so I had to dial it all the way down. My hummingbird has a very strong pre-amp so I think that may be related to it but once turned all the way down, avoids the booming bass.
Amp also looks great - unique design!
Sweetwater is great to order from as well- came in 2 days!
Centerpiece when I least expected it
There have been many gigs the past year where I wasn"t able to haul every bit of my signal chain... to include my vocal channel strip, PA system, various pedals, etc. This Fender Acoustic 100 amp has been my constant for amazing sound and confidence. I would dare to say sometimes it just sounds better through this indepent to any other item in the chain (if you dont need a PA... if you don"t need to FX overkill).
Some of the best built-in effects I have ever needed. Simple knob (more/less) of each effect, but somehow it always works out. Thanks for a great product, Fender.
//p.s. I bought the SFX or stereo model of the acoustic amp series. Too much speaker noises. Exchanged for a replacement and had the same issue. This 100 model is as clean as clean can get.
Fender Acoustic 100
An amazing amp for the price! Perfect sound!!!
Perfect for small gigs or church setting. No need for the 200-watt in my opinion. This thing does it and has it all!!
Fender acoustic 100
The tone of this amp is amazing! The effects are sweet indeed! I use a yamaha ll6 which has an pasive
pickup so at first i was thinking for 100 watts the volume could be better then remembering most active guitars have preamps that boost signal i tryed my tc spark signal booster and couldnt believe the power of this amp! The amp doesnt have a pre gain so the booster becomes one, even minimal imput gain makes big volume improvements! Simple trick that makes the amp become the 100 watts it actualy is but be carefull you dont get blown away dude!
Great sounding amp
Killer little amp! Sounds great, has a lot of options in regard to effects, bluetooth for listening to and playing along with music from phone etc., gets loud enough to cut through without losing sound clarity, very light and intuitive! I highly recommend it!
Wow serious tone
Not much to say besides that this amp rocks, cleanest of tones. Turn the high, Bass, mid, all in descending order and you"re in heaven. Can't see why you"d need a 200w model, this thing is loud enough already. Haven"t tried with vocals yet. Like always my Sweetwater rep; Ty is the man, got my gear to me in just 2.5 days!
Acoustasonic 100
Love this amp. Playing in small settings I use this amp for guitar and mic and it works great. I will own the 200 when I can make it happen.
Fender 100 w Acoustic Amp
It's a bit heavy to tote to gigs. But for tone? For flexibility? punch" gentleness? I believe this amp could drive my car.
Handy Dandy Fender Friendly Fantastic ! ! !

Very nice acoustic amp
It was between the Fender Acoustic 100 and the Fishman Loudbox Mini.
1.) Bluetooth capability
2.) Headphone jack
3.) USB connectivity
4.) more special effects
5.) identical twin channels mic & instr
6.) more attractive cabinet
Bought the Fender Acoustic 100, very happy with purchase.
Worth every penny. Thank You Fender!
IMHO, there is no question that the Fender Acoustic 100/200 Series amps are some of the best acoustic amps available on the market right now. I couldn't be happier with it. It's a bit 'pricey', but, if you want the best possible sound for your acoustic playing, and you buy one, you will quickly realize that it's a small price to pay for the outstanding amp that it is. It's simple to use, beautiful in design, and is chock full of great "usable" features.
*My only gripe (a little annoying, but not a deal-breaker) is that the only option in using the 'tap tempo' feature, is to buy the 4-button switch. Otherwise the tempos for the FX are 'set'.
Fender acoustic 100
I bought this to go in tandem with my Washburn Resonator which I have not yet received. (4 weeks now) and playing my other axes through this has been pleasurable and clean. The bells and whistles I suppose I over looked when I ordered it. But they work well and are very adjustable.
Superb
It's less than a day-old in my hands. I've tested it with my acoustic guitars (1/4" jack); mandolin and classical guitars (XLR using Audio Technica clip-on instrument mic); vocals. To me, the sound is nothing but superb. Although it's only an 8-inch, I'm impressed by the single full-range speaker -- solid, unconstrained. It's homey looks is a pleasing presence in my living room, garage and in my church. So glad I got it.
