Great for Switching
This guitar is great for not confusing your fingers if you are switching between nylon and steel, as the neck is not your typical classical size. Absolutely love the sound both plugged in and straight up acoustic.
Impressive Guitar
I purchased the Taylor 12-N (the non-electronic version) from Sweetwater a couple weeks ago and I am impressed with this guitar from the start. The projection is excellent, and I really like the sound. It is extremely comfortable to play, especially with the design of the body. I play fingerstyle guitar and it is a great instrument for that style. I personally am a fan of the basic, no-frills look as well. This would be a great guitar for beginners or people like me who just like the sound of nylon guitars. I play music in healthcare settings and this guitar is perfect for those environments. I am not sure you could do better in terms of build quality and performance for the money in a nylon string guitar. Thanks Sweetwater for the fast shipping and follow-up.

Excellent, beautiful guitar
Wonderful guitar for my 17 year old daughter, with a narrower fret board and built in tuner. Plug it in to a quality Fender amp with a good Shure microphone and it sounds amazing. Beautiful guitar with the spruce top, walnut back and sides and the mahogany fretboard. I might buy a second one of these for myself sometime soon. Beautiful rich, vibrant sound. My daughter is overjoyed at this step up from her $ used starter guitar we bought her a couple of years ago.
