.013-.056 Medium Gauge Acoustic Guitar Strings, Phosphor Bronze

Elixir presents the Attune Phosphor Bronze strings for steel-string acoustic guitar, a new formula that delivers long-lasting tone and outstanding clarity. In contrast to Elixir’s popular Polyweb and Nanoweb formulas, Attune strings feature a more natural tactile playing experience, similar to standard non-treated or non-coated strings, while extending string life. Using its new Attune formula, Elixir pushes your acoustic tone through any ensemble mix, ensuring you’ll be heard by your audience. Sweetwater guitarists are quick to notice the brilliant tone and enhanced note separation of their acoustic guitars. For acoustic guitar strings that check all the boxes for excellent clarity, traditional feel, and long-lasting shelf life, Elixir’s Attune Phosphor Bronze strings are poised to project your acoustic voice to new heights.

Disappointed

By Keith W. from Palm springs
Music Background: Prior semi professional. I don't gig anymore.

The G string started unraveling after just a few weeks of playing. I play about an hour 5-6 days a week. These don't really sound any better than the old Elixir Nanowebs strings. They lack warmth and low end.

They don't sound much different than the Nanowebs

By Keith W. from Palm springs
Music Background: Semi professional (mostly cover bands for years)

I got these hoping for an improved set of strings. They really sound very much like the Nanowebs. My biggest issue with this set is that the G string is already starting to fray after Les than a month of playing about 5-6 hours a week. This is the same problem that I had with the Nanowebs. The sound is pretty good, but not as good as another brand that I put on before these. For my preference of longevity, tone, and feel, I prefer the Stringjoy foxwoods.

Perfect compliment for my Martin D-18

By Sweetwater Customer

Been looking for strings that preserve the warm tone of my guitar but has the brightness and clarity typical phosphor bronze tend to lack. Tried lots of 80/20 options and these are the best blend I've found, top notch product! I enjoy that the coating feels a little less slick and more grippy as well.
