You Can Get Way Better for Way Less
This stand is poorly designed and poorly built. A piece of wood broke off of the bracket holding the guitar's neck. I glued it back in but why should I have do it? There was so little wood in that area that it's easy to see why it broke. The finish is also scuffed and scratched in a few places. A leather strap holds a bracket in place. It is supposed to have a slit on to unhook it from a screw. I had to unscrew it and cut my own slit. There are several thick pads to protect the guitar but the guitar can still bump up against the the stand itself. I added my own pads. If I wasn't so lazy and if a c-note meant more to me I would have returned it. You can do better for about 85% less.
