It sounds good, brighter than most shure mic which is not bad nor good, nothing an EQ can't change.
One thing that I wanna say is that in order to turn it on you have to press and hold the button. I would suggest the designers to choose something different for a revision of this product as, in temples, churches or random events I have had the issue where the pastor or rabbi or speaker doesn't know how to turn it on.. it's not obvious, regular people don't know you gotta press and hold.
