Great unit. An affordable price. Great picture and sound quality. This is something that a small church can use to get started with streaming their services.

The BM ATEM Mini Pro is exactly what we needed. It took some getting used to and troubleshooting because we had the old BM ATEM mini and swapped out for the pro because the same version was not available anymore. There were some hick-up. Some settings we weren't used to but that is part of the learning of new equipment. No need to give less stars because it's new to us. Learning is the users responsibility.

It does a fantastic job with the video side but if you also want to run sound into it from your mixer, just keep in mind that this unit does not have a dedicated output. Also the inputs are 3.5mm jack and not xlr nor 1/4" inch jack

No problem with setting the new unit up. Easy to operate. The buying experience with Sweetwater was very satisfying.

Having problems when streaming through Youtube. Cache gets full and streaming stops. Seems it's a problem with this model. I have tried work arounds but none seem to work. I like the functionality of this model but without being able to stream reliably, I will be looking for another encoder.

Part of our church streaming system. Works well. We are using a small part of what it can do. I read the user guide and watched YouTube videos to help me understand how to set up and use this wonder. Powerful, yet easy to operate the basic functions.

This product is easy to use and is meeting all of our needs for video switching in our church. Something that could make it better would be a power switch.

I had to upgrade to the pro version because I need the preview version and it has more details and features.

This little box was simple to set up and seems to be quite rugged. It offers a good mix of features, simplicity, and robustness. We had it up in running in just a couple of hours and were livestreaming in no time. We use this for our church worship service, and it has allowed us to mix graphics and slides with live camera views. We recommend this video Production Studio-in-a-box to other small churches on a tight budget looking to add some depth and breadth to their livestream services.

Blackmagic has been the first choice for streaming switchers for a reason. The thing just works! Plug-n-play at its finest. Amazingly simple for mixing audio feeds from several sources along side video.

Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that main switching buttons (1-4) are a bit too sensitive. You can't rest your fingers on the buttons without unintentionally switching feeds.

Ian, recommended this for our church to help us go online. Video is a new adventure for me personally and I didn't know where to begin. This is an amazing piece of equipment. I'm still reading the manual and learning about all it can do. Despite that the setup was simple and using the device is not that hard. I purchased one of these at the beginning of Covid to broadcast services (and record events) at my church. I have the unit plugged into a 32" TV for cueing 4 Sony cameras and control everything from my laptop which I set up with a second monitor. I pipe sound into it from a small Tascam mixer which has various mics attached for various purposes. It was very easy to set up and, once you get the process down, simple to operate. I like the setup enough that I recently bought a unit for my home studio too. I have to give credit to my sales engineer, Tyler Moore, who has helped guide me along the way from the very beginning.
