I Got this pad 09/26/25, and ordered it 09/24/25.
Sweetwater's efficiency is next level.
Before I get into the P / C , If you're reading this, and are looking for a great product with realistic and compelling criticism, your in the right place.
While I was testing it, I saw the following.
Pros -
Realistic rebound inside and out of zones,
Great Sound reduction,
Good rimshot sound,
The pad easily mimicked the feel of a real drum head,
Didn't mark easily whilst being hit,
Has a playing surface that feels realistic to practice on,
Responded almost identically to my Pearl drums, Shows new players or upcoming players the drum's zones on the back, and where to hit for expected rebound and sound quality,
Overall extremely quiet,
Fairly lightweight,
Cons -
Kind of a miscellaneous critique, but for many, $ out isn't the greatest, but its 100% worth it (not much of a con)
Not very "portable" and offers high risk for chipping a rim.
All-in-all, one of MANY great products ive shipped out from SW!
